I am not convinced that he meets the constitutional requirements for the office, and the fact that he stands in the way of full disclosure causes me to think he does not think he does, either.

You're getting way too emotional here. You have to separate out your own distaste for Obama from possible constitutional grounds for excluding him from holding office.
What does how he was raised have to do with whether he's constitutionally eligible for the office? You can certainly argue that someone raised "half by rabid America-hating atheistic communists and half by America-hating Muslims" shouldn't be elected President, but his holding office wouldn't in itself violate any constitutional requirements.
For that matter, what does whether he was illegitimate or not have to do with whether he fits the constitutional requirements for holding office? Courts would probably argue that illegitimate birth to an American mother makes a foreign birth father irrelevant.
You're entitled to see some proof that he was born here, but how would that prevent the illegitimate child of a foreign dictator from holding office -- assuming as is likely, that the mother didn't put his name on the birth certificate?

Obama could have two birth certificates in his possession, not just one. He may have been fraudulently using BOTH birth certificates, whenever convenient, throughout the years. Is that a high crime or misdemeanor?
While everyone was sleeping ,A few months ago Hawaii quietly passed a law making the “certificates” of birth like the one posted by obama as legal proof of citizenship. Prior to the new “law” the certificates COULD NOT be used as proof of citizenship. THe original certificates did not require proof to register a child in Hawaii. Now Hawaii is saying that he has a legal certificate on file,now that the law was changed.
Hawaii has the right to call obama a “citizen” ,but they don’t have the right to violate Article 2 of the Constitution and call him a Natural Born Citizen.
If anyone could get a CERTIFIED CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH for obama ,it would be the proof necessary to prove he is ineligible to be President as it requires that both parents be U.S. Citizens at his birth. We do not have to presume that he is eligible to be the President because he has already admitted that his father was a kenyan national.. Based on that we HAVE TO assume that he IS NOT the legal President of the United States

By now, it is obvious that Obama was born in Kenya. He is going to have to resign soon. This is the biggest hoax put onto the American people in history. Anything Obama has done since he has been in office will be null and void. Biden cannot become president since Obama chose him to be his running mate. Obamacare is not valid. General George Washington, our first President, served only two terms. All other Presidents after him followed his example. It was only when FDR decided to pursue the office past the "customary" two terms that a Constitutional amendment was introduced regarding a two-term limit for POTUS. There had been an honor system before, now there had to be a law.
I don't believe the Founding Fathers could conceive of a nation where people who had taken the trouble to come here would start families without having first become citizens. At a time when it took at least six weeks to travel here by ship, anyone who reached these shores didn't do so lightly. I believe that the Founders thought of the new nation as having a definite starting point with all as citizens (at the time of the adoption of the new Constitution) and any succeeding generations would be children of citizens born on the soil of the country, that is, natural born citizens.
Our modern advances in travel and communications have made going to and from a country seem rather whimsical by comparison.
So now the honor system is broken. (Recent evidence suggests Chester Arthur broke it first.)
If Obama and Biden are forced out of office, that gives us President Nancy. Could she be worse than Obama? I don’t think so. So we have to wait until after the Dems lose control of the House in January. We’ll have a new Speaker of the House by then. How does President Bachmann sound? Or.....?
If he did lie about who his father is then there is no way of knowing because he has made any information about himself unavailable for public scrutiny.

That concept of Natural Born Citizen is repeated time and again in the private communications between those who wrote the Constitution.
It's a travesty that such a simple, and so commonly understood principle could be lost to the citizens of a nation in just 200 years, but it appears that it has been.
Now that the usurper Obama has taken advantage of that collective ignorance, he has sparked a renewed appreciation for our founding principles and our Constitution. It's my view that his crime has alarmed the people of America so badly, that the door he stepped through will be shut firmly to further transgression by others.

obama has been able to block all court cases based on standing. Privte citizens do not as individuals have the right(standing) to question obama’s eligiblity. A federal grand jury could request obama’s birth records, but A.G. holder would then block and repeal the request. If you are already breaking laws , a few more means nothing.
The "powers that be" that you speak of are out of touch with where the center-right is today. They're living in a reality that is disintegrating around them. They're playing by old game rules that are fast becoming obsolete.
The country has changed. It's practically on the verge of civil war, or revolution, but the RINOs don't see it. They have likely been told that talking about it raises the specter of race riots and or some more direct personal threat. Here is a reason for it, and its not just that it isn’t a story. If this were Bush 41 the press would have been RELENTLESS about pursuing it. But because its Oholyo it would be RACIST to qualify him.

I’m not a birther and never have been. I hold that position for several reasons.
1. Blackstone and Vattel conflict in their definitions of “Natural born citizen”. If I have to choose between a relatively unknown Frenchman and Blackstone, who wrote the definitive dictionary of English Common Law (which was inherited by the States upon independence), I have to go with Blackstone.
2. It is unlikely that Obama was born outside the United States. Even as flighty a girl as Stanley Ann Dunham is unlikely to undertake a long, arduous, and extremely expensive journey to Kenya in 1961 instead of giving birth in Hawaii.
3. The effect of Dual citizenship upon presidential eligibility has never been litigated. But the current state of the law is that second citizenships do not effect the rights of an American citizen.
4. All of the above could be debated in court. But the Constitution does not give the Supreme Court, or other Article III courts the authority to determine Presidential eligibility. That rests with the Congress, who took a pass in January 2009 when the Electoral Votes were tabulated. When the Congress took that pass and did not consider the issue, it effectively decided in Obama’s favor.
What this means is that Obama cannot legally be touched on this issue until the 2012 election, and then only in two ways.
a. Pass a law in one or more states requiring candidates to supply proof of eligibility for the office they want to appear on a ballot for.
b. Fight it out when the votes are counted by the Congress in January 2013 (hopefully made moot by Obama losing).
The best way to defeat Obama is to defeat him on the political battlefield and leave his “legacy” a smoking ruin.
