The Indonesian school registration indicates that Soetoto may have adopted Obama which would prompt an amended birth certificate with Lolo Soetoro as the daddy.
Obama could have two birth certificates in his possession, not just one. He may have been fraudulently using BOTH birth certificates, whenever convenient, throughout the years. Is that a high crime or misdemeanor?
