Freepers have been debating for some time if Obama is or isn't illegally occupying the White House because he does or does not fulfill the natural born citizenship requirement in Article 2 Section 1 of the Constitution. I thought it would be interesting to put the matter to an informal vote to see where Freeperland in general stands on the issue. OK Freepers, start spewing!
Until the long form birth certificate is produced we really do NOT know who his father is.
Yes, Obama is claiming that Obama Sr. is his father, but we do not know that for certain.
I'm in the camp that says his citizenship and his natural birth status can not be proven either for or against because there simply is too much missing in the way of documentation and witnesses.
I don’t know if Obama was born in Hawaii but I’m inclined to believe that a young 18 year-old pregnant woman would not travel far from the support of her family as delivery time approaches. Giving birth is a frightening experience, especially for the first time.
However there is a possibility Obama could have two birth certificates. The one that was issued before he attended school in Hawaii would probably show Barrack Hussein Obama. Remember the BC he found in Grannie’s shoe box of papers?
Even if it were so and a blatant transgression of US Law, what’s the difference?
The Red Press of this country is so bent on a political coupe that Laws could matter less to them.
The ONLY way ANY matter of legal stand EVER would come into play is if pressing that legal issue advances their Red agenda then it will be driving around the clock in a manner making the coverage of OJ Simpson pale in comparison.

While everyone was sleeping ,A few months ago Hawaii quietly passed a law making the “certificates” of birth like the one posted by obama as legal proof of citizenship. Prior to the new “law” the certificates COULD NOT be used as proof of citizenship. THe original certificates did not require proof to register a child in Hawaii. Now Hawaii is saying that he has a legal certificate on file,now that the law was changed.
Hawaii has the right to call obama a “citizen” ,but they don’t have the right to violate Article 2 of the Constitution and call him a Natural Born Citizen.
If anyone could get a CERTIFIED CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH for obama ,it would be the proof necessary to prove he is ineligible to be President as it requires that both parents be U.S. Citizens at his birth. We do not have to presume that he is eligible to be the President because he has already admitted that his father was a kenyan national.. Based on that we HAVE TO assume that he IS NOT the legal President of the United States

Fact: It is a simple matter to prove that one is a natural born citizen.
Fact: A natural born president would be **HONORED** to promptly prove ( with the **best** evidence) to any soldier or other citizen that he was indeed natural born and eligible to be president and Commander in Chief.
Fact: Obama has gone to considerable effort and spent tax dollars and his own to prevent the release of the common documents that would prove ( or disprove) his natural born status.
Conclusion: That Obama has treated military officers and other citizens in the manner that he has, strongly indicates that he is a usurper.
Unfortunately for the nation, every Republican in the Congress on Jan 9, 2009, many of them lawyers or former judges were either hoodwinked or compromised, or they decided for us that Hillary would be a worse choice. In any event, they ignored the Constitution and the laws of the Congress.
Stanley Ann was a normal 18 year old. How many normal 18 year olds would have hooked up with a black African in the early 1960’s? Huh?
Then add to this her life history. She was definitely not typical of anyone I have ever known.

She likely went to Kenya early in her pregnancy to visit Obama Sr’s family. Then she learned as her pregnancy progressed that she wasn't allowed to fly and was stuck in Kenya.
Why ask for an “informal vote” when JimRob can conduct a formal vote on FR? If you want to conduct a vote, shouldn’t you ask him?
Obama is a total fraud and a foreign muslim who absolutely HATES white America.

I believe he’s hiding something, as to what it is I consider less clear. There are unverified claims from his family (including his wife) that he was born in Kenya, and some of his passport information has been mysteriously ‘lost.’ He has no trouble spending taxpayer money in court to keep his birth certificate from being released, which suggests he would like to keep it hidden. In one of his books he claimed to have a copy of his birth certificate, so it seems like releasing it should be no trouble.
Whatever the case, he’s either concealing something or he’s playing games with taxpayer money for unknown reasons. Surely just releasing the birth certificate would be far more cost-effective than the endless court challenges. Neither motive reflects kindly upon him.
I suspect he was not born here.

I can’t really argue with that, because I think it has some merit. We don’t know how this usurper is. For certain, he isn’t what he told the American Public he is.
I have been yelling that one for more than a year. Its like screaming into a black hole... ugh. so many people just do not get whats in the constitution or why.
