On the 12 August 2010 edition of CNN's Rick's List, Victor Choban, a supporter of California's Prop 8, which outlawed same-sex "marriage," was interviewed on-air by CNN. Choban cited his experience of living under the rule of the communist Soviet Union as one part of his critique of the judge's ruling against Prop 8.

Prop 8 did NOT outlaw same sex marriage. It simply affirmed that marriage is between one man and one woman. You can’t outlaw something that never has been. Come on. Don’t let them redefine the terms!
This is exactly the “argument” the humanists need to give homos special sexual rights to dictate to society. Separation of church and state.
There are plenty of social, mental and physical health studies to justify excluding homos from defining relationships, families, parenthood and marriage in their own twisted image and likeness. But Christians...are not being so street smart, as usual. So we lose, as usual.
