Yoko Ono went ballistic during a news conference when reporter Sean Daly asked why she stayed in New York after her husband and famous Beatle John Lennon died.
Yoko nearly went loco, snapping at Daly, "No ones going to comment that you would go to maybe a whorehouse or something like that right after your wife died!
Yoko was promoting an forthcoming PBS documentary about John Lennon.
77-year-old Ono expressed concern for her family if Mark David Chapman is released on parole on August 9.
why wouldn’t she stay in New York?
But she has always seemed so normal ...
Don’t they play her “music” at load volumes to get Gitmo terrorists to break down ?
gawd give her a break.
And we care about what this freak says because-—
Yoko Ono did so many drugs in her time — nothing she says or does makes sense.
True story. In 1982 I was a Pizza Hut cook. I found that I was able to speed up stragglers at closing time by playing the Yoko Ono flipside to Starting Over on the juke box.
I’d have snapped at the dumb reporter too. My mom died in my parent’s home and my dad is still there. Jeez, maybe she wanted to remain in the apartment they shared together and after Sean losing his dad, though it would be worse to yank him out of his home?
Jeez, some people (with press badges) are just morons.
Oh, and Yoko is a b*tch. That doesn’t change this stupid question, but it also doesn’t change how greedy Yoko is. She spent her entire existence of time (and after his death) to screw Julian over. From stalking John until he had an affair, then bringing heroin to him until they were both junkies, then handling ‘the business’ and screwed every family member out of EVERYTHING. Including the home that John THOUGHT he bought for his aunt who raised him which come to find out after his death, wasn’t the case. At least Yoko was decent enough (that is sarcasm) to let her remain in the home until she died. And I won’t even go into how she treated Julian.
Wait didn't she spend a lifetime seeking lenient treatment of the tormentors of other victims? Why not the same treatment for her own?
“What kind of country is this where John Lennon gets six bullets in the chest, and Yoko is standing right next to him and not one f-—ing bullet? Explain THAT to me!” - Dennis Leary
HAHAHA!!!! I will have to remember that. Starting Over was an awesome song. Too bad the flip side was about as pleasant to hear as fingernails on a blackboard.
If they don't, they should. It makes waterboarding look like a preschooler's tea party.
Dennis Leary is amazing.
In spite of all the left wing radical agendas you and John had the U.S. is better than anyplace else, eh, Yoko?
