Cover letter signed by this guy:
Romania: Jonathan Rolbin
Attorney general Eric Holder and assistant attorney general Tony West recently awarded Jonathan Rolbin (06-08) with a special commendation for his work with representing the Department of State in litigation. Rolbin worked in private law practice for 12 years before joining the Peace Corps. Upon returning from his service, he became a Department of Justice trial attorney in the Office of Immigration Litigation. Rolbin just recently joined the State Department, where he works as the director of legal affairs and law enforcement liaison in the Bureau of Consular Affairs/Passport Services.

I hope someone is planning to order their 1960-61 passport records on Monday. I do not believe the records were destroyed, as we were able to get passport records dated in the early 1970s.
If an order was given to destroy records “during the 1980s”, they would have destroyed all records or they may have destroyed records as requests came up.
I have records from before 1965 received from State. They are full of bull and can’t even lie worth a darn.I am waiting to hear from Obots for their excuses.
Strunk’s FOIA request was not restricted to 1965 or after; it included any passport applications from 1961 or earlier.
Well, I think you're ignorant. Most birthers willingly acknowledge they don't know the facts because they've never been aired or adequately investigated.
I put Soebarkah into the search engine, and it offered an alternate spelling - subarkah. I also added Soetoro to the search, and came upon this:
Says something of a Suharto regime & Lolo Soetoro at Mobil Oil having been a liason? What is this all about anyway? Anyone understand this?
Anyway, going to bed. Just sick of these rats.
Duh I know that, my 1965 reference had nothing to do with his request, but mine, but I did not state exact years for a reason. Why are you telling me that? Read some of my other posts and it will be obvious I knew what the request was for. I also pointed out term of pasport before you did. Why do you think the records are missing?
. . . . SP alert.
Stanley Ann's passport records out
Check out article, also #4 , # 6 , # 51 , # 55 , # 65.
A place where previous marriage info has a dash and no mention of first husband
She worked for Ford Foundation....interesting.
I was replying to jdirt’s post at #64, where he said “I hope someone is planning to order their 1960-61 passport records on Monday.”
I pinged you because he wrote that post to you.
“A place where previous marriage info has a dash and no mention of first husband”
That’s because it’s in a section labelled “Amend to Include/Exclude Wife/Husband.” There’s no mention of a first husband because she wasn’t amending the passport for that purpose.
I wonder if he was born a year earlier, before Hawaii became a state. How would THAT impact his “citizenship”?
He is always shown to be an enormous child in his school pictures, and there are suspiciously few early baby pictures...
Why do you think the records are missing?
Did you know that Turbo Tax Timothy Geithner, tax cheat (TTTG, tc) is the son of Peter Geithner, former Ford Foundation head of the Indonesian regions microfinance program, which formerly employed one Stanley Ann Sutoro, Program Director, and Mother of the Obamessiah? Betcha didnt.
” People get passports for their children just so they’ll have them.”
It was very unusual for children to have passports back then...!
