Birthers get on FR and request donations to support legal action that goes nowhere. They run around making false claims - such as NBC is derived from Vattel and no where else - and then expect to be treated with respect. They have called me a traitor to my country, although I’ve been shot at (poorly) over Iraq and did a tour in Afghanistan at 49. They spew venom and hatred, indulge in infantile name calling, refuse to discuss facts, and then want to be respected.

You will never get rid of Obama thru the courts. You won’t win by lying about the meaning of NBC. If you can ever get standing, you will still be laughed at in court, as happened in Indiana.
This isn’t something I spend much time on. I don’t have to. The arguments used are too stupid. I learned a few months back, when I first started clicking on birther threads, that their arguments have been refuted again and again, and keep popping back up because birthers have no respect for the truth. Birthers are like truthers - wacko weirdos.
I will make an exception for some. Several are sincere and try hard to stick to facts. Those few are worthy of respect and I’ll give it to them even while disagreeing. But most of the ones on this thread? Liars.

What argument have my opponents presented?
Apart from name-calling, the only argument presented on this thread to me is that Obama has to spend millions defending himself. But he spent campaign money - and not much of it - and then spent taxpayer dollars.
Hmmm...birthers ask people to contribute to their cause, while Obama spends taxpayer money - who is wasting private money?
Apart from that, I haven’t seen a single factual argument on this thread addressed to me. I’ve seen sexual innuendo from birthers, and snorts, and name-calling...but no fact based arguments. So just what “well and deeply researched” argument am I supposed to respond to? Someone posting ‘snort’?
If that qualifies in your book as a well thought out and researched argument, then son, you have what it takes to be a birther.
