My dh is an MIT grad, with graduate degree in Architecture. My son graduated at the top of his class at West Point, may daughter graduated as a summa cum laude Math major, and now has her Doctorate, and is an assistant School Superintendant and Curriculum coordinator for an uban school system.
I am just the “SAHM”, with only Rhode Island School of Design under my belt, but I did serve in elected pubic office (school board) for three terms.
All of us are considered sane, productive citizens, and would be labeled “birthers” by the “leftist progressives”, because we want his proper birth certificate, college records, and passport info released.

I'd presume that the school record you posted in # 102 is prima facie evidence that he was.
The 20th Amendment, specifically Section 3, lays out how it is to be handled if the President-Elect, Vice-President Elect or neither one qualifies for office. Either Amendment could be used depending on how the Courts ruled on the Eligibility issue.
The determination would have to be made if Obama, for all intents and purposes, did become the legal President or if he never qualified and his swearing in was null and void. On top of that it would need to be decided if Biden failed to qualify simply by being part of a fraudulent election.
