Bill Hemmer put both congressmen in their place this morning when he said “No wonder the voters rank congress at an all time low of 11 percent”... Both Weiner and King owe the public a bit more credit for knowing what is going on. An “up or down vote” is not a 2/3 majority requirement. The Democrats try to make it look like the Republicans don’t care about the New York rescue workers, and the Republicans cannot grow a backbone to speak up over the screaming Democrats.
