Robert Gibbs, Obama's White House spokesman, had an interesting reaction today when he was asked point-blank about Obama's alleged use of a Connecticut social security number. We've got a clip of that, and right below that is a clip that explains the allegation (in somewhat dramatic fashion) - it's interesting that the identity theft allegations that sounded so outlandish to me when Dr. Orly and I first discussed them last year, are now being supported by people like Jerome Corsi of WorldNetDaily.

A “troll” can mean many things in different situations, but it always adds up to the same thing - a troublemaker. In this context, I think a troll may be defined as someone who engages in a forum discussion for the express purpose of distracting, diluting, and discouraging. Distracting the readers from the point of the forum, diluting the content with personal attacks that have nothing at all to do with the post, and discouraging conservative bloggers from posting on FR.
Additionally, I should probably point out that it’s absurd to make your own rules for FR and try to hold others to them - FR already has mods and ownership that have set rules and actually have the authority to enforce them. It’s more than a little presumptive to try and hijack someone else’s property for the sole purpose of excoriating bloggers and discouraging blogger content. They say they are conservatives, but in the end, we’re not known for what we say, but rather for what we do, and what the “pimpbusters” do is act lie a bunch of self-righteous, whiny liberals who’ve appointed themselves “policemen” on someone else’s site.

With all due respect, shibumi, it sounds like you have a problem with Free Republic. Bloggers don’t make the rules, and the enforcement of the rules is up to Admin Mods. Why take out your frustration with Free Republic on the posters?
If the rules of FR allow for bloggers to post (under Bloggers and Personal, where my posts always go), then it seems your issue is not with the bloggers, but rather with Free Republic. Frankly, you’d get farther addressing the issue with FR, because I’m not listening to anything you have to say.
How does anyone know Obummer’s SS# ? Isn’t that info confidential ?
I was looking at Judge Carter’s explanation of why there is no judicial remedy for Alan Keyes’ case because it was about having a level playing field for the election. The courts were able to stall on that issue to where there is no longer any remedy possible because the election is over.
If Obama doesn’t appease the Chrysler dealers in order to prevent a QW we may see if the court will address the 20th Amendment.
People try saying that the 20th Amendment is also moot now because Obama has already become the president. But the 20th Amendment technically only deals with whether or not the president-elect can receive the presidential POWERS, and that is independent of whether he actually becomes the president.
My response to those who say that Obama is the president so there’s nothing that can be done is, “So what if he’s president? The 20th Amendment forbids him from having the presidential powers because he failed to qualify by Jan 20, 2009 - just as surely as the last paragraph of Article 2 Section 1 forbids a president to “enter on the execution of his office” until he has made the oath. A standing president can still be Constitutionally forbidden from “enter(ing) on the execution of his office” so just saying that somebody is the POTUS doesn’t mean that they also are allowed to “enter on the execution of his office”.
Article 2 actually deals with the situation of a president’s “inability to discharge the powers and duties of the said office”. And the 12th Amendment referenced that portion this way: “...the Vice President shall act as President, as in the case of the death or other constitutional disability of the President.”
So there is an assumption that a standing president may be disqualified by the Constitution itself from being able to discharge the powers and duties of the presidency. And that certainly is what the 20th Amendment is about.
We can argue about whether the 20th Amendment forbids Obama from being the president, but there is absolutely no question but that the 20th Amendment requires the VP-elect to act as president, meaning that Obama himself could NOT.

Unfortunately, that’s not a given any more. It seems to me that at this point there is no raw power grab that Obama and his communist-Islamist cabal are not willing and able to make. The people haven’t found a way to fight the lawlessness, counting on elections to transform everything.
Just heard from somebody about the government potentially reserving the right to do targeted assassinations of US citizens (that they suspect of being “enemies” - kinda like Janet Napolitano says police are supposed to suspect small-government advocates of being “enemies”).
have no doubts that I am labeled an enemy of Obama’s US because of the research I’ve been conducting. My family is keenly aware that the crooks I’m exposing have the power to know everything about me and my family, because they have control over all information in this country basically.
My husband is assuming I will eventually be killed, although he tries not to think about it. I’ve told people what they are to do if I am killed, to continue the battle. I’ve done my best to get the information to lots of people so that the thugs can’t silence these issues simply by silencing me.
But the fact of the matter is that the lawless thugs running our country at every level are ready, willing, and able to silence me however they have to.
That’s the reality that I live with every day. It’s not supposed to be able to happen in America, but unless we find a way to stand up en masse and DEMAND that the communist coup be stopped and the perpetrators thrown in jail this is what life will be like not only for me but for EVERYBODY that Obama considers his enemy.
The time for the trenches is right now. We have no guarantees that this place will even vaguely resemble traditional America by the time November gets here.

Agreed. Like I said, I believe that the next two election cycles will tell us undeniably where we stand, whether we still have a Constitutional Republic, or whether we're going to have to take extraordinary steps to resurrect her.
I fear that things will get ugly, but that "ugliness" will be the only way to pry our Republic from the vice-like grip of those intent on destroying her, or perverting all she once stood for. It appears that those people will never stop until they are forced to stop. They have been working for this goal for a long time, and will not let go willingly.

This happens too often. I had hoped this post meant that Gibbs was asked yet again about this issue. Not. This happened weeks ago. While it’s great to bring this issue to the front burner again, it’s disappointing to readers when they learn that this is old news.
For those who argue whether or not the post should be here, as written: Raising this non-issue might be interpreted as an attempt to deflect from the issue at hand. Namely:
Who is Obama?
Why does he apparently use a bogus SS#?
Who are his parents?
When was he born?
Where was he born?
What is his real BC#?
Where is the actual paper document?
Why does he spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to avoid showing what he contends that he has/had/could easily obtain, which will prove his eligibility, as his mesmerized supporters believe with all their hearts?
And although the bulk of leftists tend to be the pacifist or vegetarian types, leftist ideology allows for anything because it doesn’t come with transcending principles.
Leftist ideology teaches that rules are never fixed. For this reason, leftists claiming to be “feminist” and “pacifist” look the other way when muslims persecute (and torture) women, and when communist rebels murder innocent people.
People who like to blow things up, and who do these things as adults, are more likely to be leftists in the vein of Timothy McVeigh or Bill Ayers.
It would be very difficult to find a leftist (from the ruling class) who doesn’t own “pollution spewing” vehicles.

Gibbs has taken credit for thinking up this idea to post the “birth certificate” on the Internet at least 3 times, publicly. What’s interesting is that in one instance, he placed the timeframe for WHEN (in all his brilliance) he conceived the notion to put the BC online at circa Jan./Feb. 2008. He made the comment in July 2009, stating that he told them to put the BC online “a year and a half ago.” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mmb4XmqM0VU (about 33 seconds in). But they didn’t put the BC online then, in Feb. 2008, when Gibbs first “thunk it up.” Why not? Why was Gibbs focused on an Obama BC in Feb. 2008?

Immediately, intelligent people began to question the authenticity of a digital image posted on a campaign website (determined by blogger jbjd to be nothing more than a political advertisement) and picked up by partisan blogs like FactCheck. People wanted to know why the BC# was blacked out, in particular. And why he didn’t present an original paper document, verifiably produced by the Hawaiian Dept. of Health and CERTIFIED by them, affirming its provenance and accuracy.
What else was happening in JUNE 2008, besides the release of the photoshopped digital image of a COLB? Thelma Lefforge, sole surviving owner of the home where little Barry first lived, according to myth, died on 6/12/2008. Shortly thereafter, in July 2008, Obama’s newspaper birth announcements showed up on the Texas Darlin blog, sent to her by Lori Starfelt, who received them from a librarian at the Hawaiian state library. These allegedly acccurate digital images of birth announcements cited Thelma Lefforge’s home as the residence of BHO’s parents (which we all know by now was not true, since Mr. BHO Sr. lived elsewhere). But Mrs. Lefforge was recently deceased, so nobody could ask her who lived on her property in 8/1961.
Keep in mind that people were asking for a BC# right around the time the birth announcements appeared in July 2008. If a person needed a plausible BC#, where would one find a suitable candidate whose number might be swipe-able? iirc, the first time a BC# appeared for Obama was Aug. 21, 2008, when FactCheck revealed the alleged visit to the COLB in Chicago by their unnamed “representatives”, see link above.

There is no admissable evidence to date that supports what Obama claims about his origins. There is much evidence to date that puts the lie to MUCH of what Obama has said about his origins. Who is Obama? We still wait for an answer.

I had overlooked Gibbs’ statement of when he had them put the COLB online. The COLB was supposedly printed in June of 2007, Gibbs told them to put it online in Feb 2008, and it only appeared online (minus any of the validating marks) in mid-June, with the birth announcements showing up mid-July, and the BC# added mid-August. If the COLB had been authentic, Gibbs could have told them to put it up in Feb of 2008 and the whole darn thing would have been there the next day. Instead it came by bits and pieces, and only as people noticed what was lacking.
In July of 2009, when Gibbs made the comment, it was almost exactly a year from when the COLB actually appeared on the internet. Very peculiar that he didn’t say just “a year ago”. He was clearly associating his involvement as being in the wintertime rather than summertime.
