Surely one who committed a felony is ineligible. In fact, if the ID is for say, Elmer Fudd, it would mean Obama ran under a fictitious name, as the legal ID, or SSN, does not match his birth name.

Makes one wonder how many ‘newcomers’ are drawing Social Security and maybe even pensions using bogus ID information?

They’ve been waiting for the 2010 elections.

If they had gone after Obama immediately, he could have pulled an FDR and tried to increase the number of Supreme Court members, which he would then select and the Democrat controlled Congress would have approved... this making the Supreme Court a socialist tool.

By waiting for the 2010 elections, it will be impossible for Obama to try and increase the size of the Supreme Court, as the Republican party will have the votes in Congress to stop it (and to also reject all his candidates).

I'm sayin’ USSC’s not gonna do anything to Obama ‘til someone actually sues him. Someone with standing to do so (another branch of government, for example). Now, since that court has held that the fedgov can regulate virtually anything, even with a good legal case I don't see much happening.

The next two elections are the only “smackdowns” I see on the horizon. And it it very important that in those two elections, WE DELIVER THEM, and not wait for some court to do it.

There IS a Constitutional requirement to be a natural born citizen of at least 35 years of age, however.

How are those requirements supposed to be fulfilled if not by producing the documents?
