Immaculate Deception: Fraud in reporting Obama's birth

Let’s forget for a moment about the allegations that Barack Hussein Obama Jr. is not a naturalized U.S. citizen and examine the incontrovertible facts surrounding the reporting of his mysterious birth in 1961.

• Fact 1: Barack Obama Sr. (the President’s father) was married to another woman (Kezia Aoko) in Africa at the time of Barack Hussein Obama Jr’s birth to Stanley Ann Dunham Obama (the President’s mother).
• Fact 2: In the United States, being married to two women at the same time is illegal. It is the crime of bigamy.
• Fact 3: In 1961 someone placed a birth announcement in the Honolulu Advertiser newspaper declaring the birth of a son to “Mr. and Mrs.” Barack Obama (Sr).
• Fact 4: Stanley Ann Dunham (Barack Jr’s mother) claims to have been married to Barack Obama Sr. at that time. Barack Obama Jr. also claims that his parents were married and later divorced.

  The facts raise several interesting questions:

• 1. Did Barack Obama Sr. inform Stanley Ann Dunham of his concurrent marriage to the woman in Africa? (If not, he committed fraud as well as bigamy.)
• 2. Did Stanley Ann Dunham marry Barack Obama Sr. knowing he was already married to another woman? (If so, they were both fraudulent.)
• 3. Did Stanley Ann’s parents know about the first wife and approve of the marriage of their daughter to an already married man? (If so, they were involved in fraud too.)
• 4. Were Barack Obama Sr and Stanley Ann Dunham really married? If not, the placement of the birth announcement of “their son” in the Honolulu Advertiser was fraudulent—unless, of course, the “Mr. and Mrs. Barack Obama (Sr)” was referring to Mr. Obama and his first wife, in which case, Barack Obama Jr. is not really Stanley Ann Dunham’s child.
• 5. Does Barack Hussein Obama Jr know about the circumstances surrounding the fraudulent reporting of his birth? If so, that may explain his reluctance to come forward with details about it and his propensity to hide the truth whenever anyone questions his background.

What's really amazing is the birthers who are so obsessed with a single, unproven accusation that they are willing to trash conservatives who have dedicated their lives and livelihoods to promoting the fundamentals of founding fathers style liberty and freedom.

Rush is financially successful now, but he didn't start out that way, and he spent a lot of years going against the grain of popular opinion to defend conservatism from the constant barrage of lies from the mainstream media.

He paved the way for the indisputable domination of conservative talk radio that is helping to educate and inform new converts everyday.

He is a coward and a phony because he won't give legitimacy to a cause that has so far only attracted charlatans as it's leaders?

I have no answer why the top talk show hosts fail to throw the birth certificate issue on the front burner. Michael Medved has discussed the issue and reveals much about why this is a toxic issue. He says that it will do damage to conservatism. It boils down to why punish Zer0 for what his parents did? If it were proven that Zer0 was born in Kenya, which I believe he was, where does that go next? The Left would use this case as an example of why the Constitution is irrelevant and there is no telling where that would go. And you know the race card will be played. Perhaps the talk show hosts know the truth and are afraid of where it would go. Constitutional convention? Race riots? Civil war?

We know that Stanley Ann brought baby Barry to Seattle, Washington soon after the birth. Has anyone checked on people who she had contact with when she was in Seattle? Did she tell anyone where baby Barry was born? If they were able to come forward, that would be a step forward in the circumstantial evidence.

On November 5th, 2008, many Kenyan Parliament members and ministers made self serving statements in spite of the fact that Hawaiian official statements crystallizes that Obama was born in Hawaii since the Hawaiian Health Director said unequivocally and unambiguously that Barack Obama was born Hawaii.

Fact 11. No President has ever proven that he was born in America in any court of law.

Fact 12. None of the 60 or so Obama eligibility cases have ever made it out of the starting gates.

Fact 13. A former Hawaiian government senior election clerk said he was told some then prevailing rumors, but doesn't actually believe them to be true.

Fact 14. Obama has shown his Hawiaan issued birth certificate to the public.

Fact 15. Rumors continue that Obama has sent legions of his lawyers to squash all attempts to get his school or government records that would have been released to the public, but no actual evidence of this happening exists.

Obama’s birth documents can be released under subpoena, without Obama’s permission.

The reasons that Obama doesn’t voluntarily release his long form are: (1) the state of Hawaii no longer issues them; if Obama released a copy of his own original document, none of the birthers would accept it as genuine anyway. (2) This issue divides conservatives (as this thread proves) and helps Obama with a significant part of his voting base, Latino voters, particularly Mexican-Americans who also have their citizenship constantly challenged.

If Obama didn’t have birthers to use as political dupes, he’d have to invent them.

Finally, as a former Senior Lecturer at the University of Chicago Law School teaching Constitutional Law for 12 years, I’m sure that he has enjoyed winning 70 lawsuits on this issue and losing none.

As long as the parents/citizens(both) are U.S. citizens a person is qualified to be President.

Rush has commented little on Obama BC issue, really; but he certainly appreciates and shares what, most importantly, it has thus far brought to light. That Obama was raised as Muslim; and that he is a liar. Rush gives credit to Andrew McCarthy (National Review Online) for his insights shared per Obama's history - and think he pretty much shares McCarthy's opinion. Think until Rush is unequivically certain about Obama's birth details; he will not go there publicly.

While I can be disappointed; see no reason to 'find fault' nor to jump to challenging Rush's loyalty! A huge leap of 'bad faith', IMHO. . .

Questioning whether his parents were married?

I don't think it matters. It might matter for citizenship, if he was born outside the US. But for natural born citizenship, as long as his father acknowledged him, which he did in the divorce decree, then his father was not a US citizen, and thus he cannot be natural born.

Of course if he was born outside the US, and his parents were not married, then he would have been a statutory, citizen at birth, but still not natural born. If they were married, and he was not born in the US, not only is he not a natural born citizen, under the law at the time, he would not be a citizen at all. Unless later naturalized, but that's still a disqualifier.

Still has to be born or found in the US. There would be a certificate of birth, which would be annotated to indicate that he was a foundling.
