Immaculate Deception: Fraud in reporting Obama's birth

Let’s forget for a moment about the allegations that Barack Hussein Obama Jr. is not a naturalized U.S. citizen and examine the incontrovertible facts surrounding the reporting of his mysterious birth in 1961.

• Fact 1: Barack Obama Sr. (the President’s father) was married to another woman (Kezia Aoko) in Africa at the time of Barack Hussein Obama Jr’s birth to Stanley Ann Dunham Obama (the President’s mother).
• Fact 2: In the United States, being married to two women at the same time is illegal. It is the crime of bigamy.
• Fact 3: In 1961 someone placed a birth announcement in the Honolulu Advertiser newspaper declaring the birth of a son to “Mr. and Mrs.” Barack Obama (Sr).
• Fact 4: Stanley Ann Dunham (Barack Jr’s mother) claims to have been married to Barack Obama Sr. at that time. Barack Obama Jr. also claims that his parents were married and later divorced.

  The facts raise several interesting questions:

• 1. Did Barack Obama Sr. inform Stanley Ann Dunham of his concurrent marriage to the woman in Africa? (If not, he committed fraud as well as bigamy.)
• 2. Did Stanley Ann Dunham marry Barack Obama Sr. knowing he was already married to another woman? (If so, they were both fraudulent.)
• 3. Did Stanley Ann’s parents know about the first wife and approve of the marriage of their daughter to an already married man? (If so, they were involved in fraud too.)
• 4. Were Barack Obama Sr and Stanley Ann Dunham really married? If not, the placement of the birth announcement of “their son” in the Honolulu Advertiser was fraudulent—unless, of course, the “Mr. and Mrs. Barack Obama (Sr)” was referring to Mr. Obama and his first wife, in which case, Barack Obama Jr. is not really Stanley Ann Dunham’s child.
• 5. Does Barack Hussein Obama Jr know about the circumstances surrounding the fraudulent reporting of his birth? If so, that may explain his reluctance to come forward with details about it and his propensity to hide the truth whenever anyone questions his background.

You read more between the lines of that short article than was written.
Once more. That article has nothing at all to do with his qualifications. It has nothing at all to do with he being natural born,only with whether his parents and grandparents were all aiding and abetting bigamy.

I read the entire thing waiting for the zinger and all i have is an attempt to smear the child if his parents were bigamists.

Then you missed the point.

Obama is not responsible for his parents' bigamy or deception. The child was not at fault. However, the adult Obama is responsible for the deception that he continues to perpetrate on the American people.

He could easily come out and admit that his parents may have been loose with the truth, for whatever their reasons were. The American people would not condemn him for the mistakes of his parents. However, Mr. Obama presents falsehoods and myths as truth, and by so doing deceives the American people and himself.

Are these not serious issues to be addressed?

If bigamy were the issue the mainstream media would have headlines reading: “Obama Overcomes Rough Start in Life!”

Bigamy would work to Obama’s advantage and he definitely would use that advantage.

So?...What other conclusion can be made for him sending out Department of Justice, taxpayer-funded, U.S. attorneys? Conclusion: He is not a natural born citizen.

No,i don’t see these as serious issues,at least not the path you’ve taken.
Is this more serious than Clintons lies? At least in that case it was his actions in question and not his parents and grandparents. Obama would not be the first person to be embarrassed by his parents actions. If it turns out that this is all hes covering up regarding his birth then you have one thing correct. Nobody will care except to dislike those that dragged this out.
What you see as a serious lie will be chalked up as mere discomfort with his parents ways. If this is what came out his popularity would increase and his opposition would be mocked and ridiculed.

If Rush can't defend all of the Constitution, when the only thing he faces is a little ridicule from the mainstream media, rational people should conclude that Rush will NEVER defend it in the face of brutal tyranny.

Perhaps had i read the article backwards i could have come to the conclusion that if his parents were not bigamists then he is not natural born. It must be me reading from start to finish that threw me off.
I respectfully submit that the BC is probably a herring and the real answer lay in his college records. Did he go to college here as a foreign student? Those are the records he immediately sealed upon coming into office. They are his own as he is so fond of stating.

I’m carrying on this debate here with multiple people. I don’t think birthers are nuts,i do think the very basic premise of all a presidents records should be available is correct. There should be no questions raised. That being said this article goes nowhere. I simply cannot make the leap that if his parents were not bigamists then it follows he is not natural born.

Let's start with the facts and see where they lead us.

Fact 5. The Kenyan Minister James Orengo said Obama was born in Kenya.

Fact 6. Granny Sarah said Obama was born in Kenya.

Fact 7. Obama Sr. was his father who passed British and then Kenyan citizenship to Obama Jr.

Fact 8. Many newspapers said Obama was Kenyan born.

Fact 9. Michelle Obama said Kenya is her husband's home country.

Fact 10. On November 5th, 2008, many Kenyan Parliament members and ministers celebrated Obama presidency win where they proclaimed Obama was from Kenya and was for "This soil" [Kenya], which means native born. The many Kenyan parliament statements crystallizes that Obama was born in Kenya since the Kenyan Minister James Orengo said unequivocally and unambiguously that Barack Obama was born Kenya.

Fact 11. Obama has not proven that he was born in Hawaii in any court of law.

Fact 12. None of the 60 or so federal court opinions in all of the Obama eligibility cases have stated Obama is a natural born citizen.

Fact 13. A former Hawaiian government senior election clerk said that his office called the Hawaiian hospitals where they stated that they had no record of Obama being born in their respective hospitals.

Fact 14. Obama has never shown his long form birth certificate to the public.

Fact 15. Obama has sent legions of his lawyers to squash all attempts to get his school or government records that would have been released to the public

I agree with you wiggen. My problem is that the only people who are the face of the birthers are all phony or are nuts. Lucas Smith, Loren what’s-his-name and Orly Taitz. None of them have a good reputation. And it’s going to far to trash Limbaugh, he is no traitor.

Obama’s original, long form, vault copy Certificate of Live Birth can be released under subpoena without Obama’s permission to “a person whose right to inspect or obtain a certified copy of the record is established by an order of a court of competent jurisdiction.” (HRS 338-18(b)(9)
It’s bizarre that no prosecuting attorney has sought a subpoena in conjunction with a Grand Jury investigation of Obama’s eligiblity.
In Arizona, Obama signed a document in order to get on the ballot stating that he was a natural born citizen. A prosecutor could use that document (or a similar one signed in other states) to investigate election fraud. But no one has been willing to show the guts in order to get the glory.
Both the Nixon resignation and the Clinton impeachment grew out of Grand Jury investigations.

If Obama were merely lying to cover up his parents' lies, that wouldn't make it right.

Nowadays it is much more difficult to pass off lies as the truth, and it involves a concerted effort to cover things up--remember it was the "cover-up" that did Richard Nixon in.

In Clinton's day, the media perpetrated the myth that the President's "lying about sex" was okay with the American people. It was not. We also found out that he lied about other things as well.

Obama wrote a book "Dreams of My Father" in which he reveres a man who may have committed crimes (bigamy and fraud). The book was part of an effort to present himself to the American people and get himself elected. If Obama through his book knowingly presented details which deceived people into supporting him, I think it would be an issue worth looking into.

If illegitimacy, bigamy, and lying are "all there is," then we need to know that, so that we can move on to other issues and put this whole thing to rest. However, if by looking into the facts, we discover something that reveals Obama to the American people, the process will be worthwhile. Either way, it can bring closure to this issue and enable us to focus our resources more productively.

That idea can be easily confuted by simply looking at pictures of both Stanley Ann and her father. Obama bears a striking resemblance to them.

I know where how he posits this issue; and while I do not agree with his conclusions per Obama's BC. ..so what?

Rush defends our Constitution every day and has, for the past upteen years. I have seen several posts that state that Obama Sr. and Ann Dunham were never married--No one has been able to produce a copy of their marriage license, public announcement, or even divorce records.

If they weren't married, then the "Mr and Mrs" birth announcement was fraudulent. The only way it could be "true" would be if it were referring to another Mr. and Mrs. Obama--hence the conjecture, which is admittedly way out there.
