There’s an interesting post up at The Weekly Standard about President Obama’s odd (to say the least) behavior. The theory is that he’s trying to rev up his base so the Democrats avoid electoral disaster in November. [...] I don’t know. That could be part of it. But I think there’s more to it. He’s probably well aware that his party could lose the majority in Congress, so he’s in a hurry to fundamentally transform America while the window’s still open. He’s not your run of the mill politician who’s interested only in re-election. He’s a man on a mission, and he intends do everything in his power to turn the US into a European style socialist state, or worse. Sure, it will be easier if his party retains power, but he’s not about to let this opportunity go to waste. He’s come too far, too fast, to let that happen.
The big question is, how will we undo all the damage he’s inflicting on our republic once he’s out of office? Will it even be possible? .....

I have given the dumbing down of America some thought and it seems to me that those of us who were in college in the late 60s were exposed to professors who were of the socialist bent.We had a class we had to take called Current Events and we had to subscribe to Time Mag. If you didn’t spout the “party line” you risked a bad grade. As time went on, those who got degrees in education and embraced the ideas spouted by the profs, went on to teach the high school level kids and as time evolved more and more were being indoctrinated to the point now the primary school kids are coming home spouting all this crap and claim 0bama is mmm mmm mmm blah quack quack...
So now we have the skulls full of mush being indoctrinated by socialist teachers..and it all happened under our noses while yuppies were concerned with the big house, fast and costly cars and the kids soccer games or whatever but not as concerned with what the kids were taught in school...and here we are.

I am in 100% agreement with this.
Obama is a true radical, this was his chance to make America socialist.
He was sure all his plans would work, and IMHO I think he is confused why they aren’t working as well as planned, but I’m sure he is convinced whatever is interfering, it’s not his fault. It’s those evil Republicans/tea party members and that stupid gulf thing.
But now he sees he’s been “undermined” somehow, probably by Rush Limbaugh. So he is working as hard as possible to get through as many things as he can that CANNOT BE UNDONE EASILY, like breaking the budget.
In fact, if he can really give America a poison pill, perhaps it can all be blamed on the Republicans. The MSM will be more than happy to do so, and the resulting chaos will give the Dems a chance to come back again soon and turn us all into utopia.

Meanwhile, back in reality land, tens to hundreds of thousands per year will be dying from his screwing up the health care system, the economy of the entire PLANET is catering because no one knows what the little nutjob is going to do with his energy tax scam and banking power grab, the REST of mexico is calculating it’s chances of strolling across the border in hopes of cashing in on the big gringo giveaway and hardly anyone is waiting for him to turn his back to start laughing when his purty pink panties get in a knot from stamping around asking anyone that still listens to his disjointed attempts at acting tough “whose ass to kick.”
