"Everywhere you look, wherever there is a crisis, Obama is not simply doing nothing. He's making things worse. America is about to plunge into unsustainable deficit spending? Obama got us started early with the stimulus package and the health care bill. Big states are being bankrupted by public employee unions? Obama wants to increase the unions' power. Not enough power plants? Obama wants to restrict them further. Iran is seeking nukes? Obama gave them a reprieve against a popular uprising. Karzai doubts America's resolve in Afghanistan? Obama wavers on our strategy and declares our intention to bug out, no matter how much disarray there is in our strategy and command.
There's an old saying: When you fail to plan, you plan to fail. But the pattern of the Obama administration has me wondering if we're seeing the inverse: when you plan to fail, you fail to plan. That is, if American contraction and retreat is your goal, why would you make any plans to revive the economy or win wars?
I think what we're seeing here is something worse than just a failure of leadership by a disengaged president. We have to ask ourselves why he is disengaged. Why, when multiple alarm bells are ringing, is he spending more time on his hobbies than the rest of us? Or more to the point, when existing policies lead to failure, why does he double down and make things worse?

Fair question.
The answer to a dictatorial Government is de-facto secession. This can theoretically be peaceful - state after state can refuse to recognized federal laws and authority in the face of continued federal Constitutional overreach.
There’s no need for the secession to become violent. Your armed forces may have a crazy person for CIC, but as I understand it your officers’ oath is to the Constitution. Obama would be crazy to risk the loyalties of the Joint Chiefs - especially as he doesn’t have a birth certificate.
The likely flash-point for any such de-facto secession would of course be Arizona.
IMPEACH!
The notion that the judiciary sits as some wise and impartial referee is a bit naive. The judiciary is just another part of the federal government. Same people, in essence. It would be like expecting a man’s wife to impartially decide a dispute between you and her husband. Don’t count on it. They have been enabling the federal monster for decades. Or is that centuries?
Obama and his band of traitors are going for it. They want some of you to think he is a historical President, some of you to think he's misguided/inexperienced, some of you to think he's a socialist.
BUT
They don't want ANY of you to think he's a TRAITOR leading a group of RADICAL LEFTISTS that is going to enslave you and steal all of your wealth in the process. If you thought that, you'd be a danger to their plans.
By you buying the notion that he is incompetent; not evil' you fit right in, waiting for an election that will be irrelevant. He doesn't care about the CONSTITUTION now, he will care less next year.
The saddest thing is “you ain’t seen nothing yet”. One can only hope that after the conflagration there is justice to all these anti-American fools. Prepare. In your heart you know what you have to do...and it ain’t pretty.

Obama is not the problem.
The problem is the country.
As that Czech editorial said a week or so ago, they are not worried about Obama. They are far more worried that a brainwashed and brain-dead nation actually fairly voted such a fool into office.
For me, that was the death of the nation. Obama was only the freely elected executioner. I will simply expatriate.
Only a civil war can save us... and that will not be much fun.
Obummer has the "Internet Kill Switch", so we have NOTHING.
If you coordinate actions via the internet you may as well send a copy to the feds. I’m pretty sure Obama has his thugs monitoring FR constantly.

The group with a sufficient cushion to believe that they can be insulated from changes to society, that have 'made it' and, if they accomplished the climb on their own, feel just a little guilty and want to help those who are still struggling (but not at their own initiative and expense).
Or if they were born to it, feel contempt for things they have not earned and for the sacrifices they have not made.
The thing you have to remember is that people like us at Free Republic are the vanguard of the Second American Revolution.
Yes, we are wide awake and know exactly the end goal of Obama & Company’s game plan.
A few months ago, I ran a poll on my blog and most of those who responded were from Free Republic. The end result: 51% thought Obama should be immediately tried for treason. 25% thought Obama should be tried for treason after being impeached. The rest were either undecided or said “no” to a treason and/or impeachment trial.
However, the majority of Americans, even if they oppose Obama, will not yet allow themselves to believe, “The Big Truth” - that what is being done by the Obama Regime is done to destroy the United States.
But the good news is thanks to people like us, the American People have one eye open. Our patriotic duty is to keep shaking the hell out of them until they become wide eyed alert and focused on the enemy.
Then we hand them a terrible swift sword.

Yes, at the end of the day it will be civil war.
During the run up to the American Revolution and afterwards until Algore invented it sometime in the 1990s, the Internet didn’t exist.
Yet the revolutionists managed to produce “Common Sense” and the “Declaration of Independence.”
Come to think of it: They didn’t even have typewriters...
Then I suppose IF the Nov. 2 results reflect anything other than a straight-up return to sanity, we’ll ALL (or at least a big bunch of us) have to just start marching to Washington with our rifles and pray the US miltary doesn’t fire on us.
As Obama continues to undermine state and society, those who have sworn an oath of loyalty to the Constitution do have a choice to make. That the Czarist police watched Lenin still did not stop the Russian Revolution.
The oath I took is “to support and defend the constitution against all enemies, both foreign and domestic” which we have a lot of domestic enemies. I pride myself in not being a brainless robot that follows any order given. I carry a copy of the constitution when am at work and have referenced and pointed out several things to several people. I usually win the discussion.
