Mexico sent a lawyer to an Arizona federal court and asked that the state's illegal immigrant law be declared unconstitutional. In the meantime, the Arizona law may find it's way to a Human Rights court.
This is unbelievable: "Mexico says its interest in having consistent relations with the United States shouldn't be frustrated by one state.
Also unbelievable is word coming out of the U.S. Senate that Obama may be planning an Executive Order to bring mass amnesty to the country. See the letter of 8 Senators to Obama here.
Verum Serum says there is also a plan underway to take the Arizona Law known as SB 1070 to the Organization of American States (OAS). The OAS is the same group that denounced unseating then-Honduran president, Manuel Zelaya, who worked diligently to trash the country's Constitution and Supreme Court. The OAS stood solidly behind Zelaya, a Hugo Chavez wannabe.

LOL, all that needs to be done is to show what the laws in Mexico are, and that the U.S. Federal Code says...

“Mexico says its interest in having consistent relations with the United States shouldn’t be frustrated by one state.”
You’re right Mexico, it should be blocked by all the states.
Keep up this crap and it’s going to come to a shooting war and you’re not going to like the results.

POTUS may actually be able to do this under the pardon power. Mexico has a problem with the XI Amendment.
Obama's obstacle is in the continuing nature of the illegal activity. Carter pardoned the deserters in Canada, but that was one criminal act. Unless the law is changed the presence of an illegal in the US is an ongoing violation of federal law. Can POTUS pardon an ongoing activity without changing the law itself.?

POTUS may actually be able to do this under the pardon power. Doesn't one have to be convicted before one can be pardoned? Wouldn't the illegal aliens have to first turn themselves into the proper authorities and plead guilty before being pardoned?
Can a president issue a blanket pardon before the offense is tried? Wouldn't that be a blank check to commit a crime if you've already been pardoned before being convicted?

Mexico ought to be helping us close the borders. Calderone complained the other day that his drug-war problem was because of the big American market for the drugs. That’s one of our problems too. We should be together on this issue.
The mass-amnisty-by-executive-order notion is the scariest thing that’s come out of this administration.

The draftdodgers and deserters who went to Canada had not,for the most part appeared in court.Carter issued a blanket pardon.Ford pardoned Nixon before any charges were even being discussed.

It should take about a minute to tell the Mexican government that they have no standing and to please leave the building.

When will America realize that we are at war with Mexico.

Miguel Perez, President of Cal-State Northridges MEChA chapter said, The ultimate ideology is the liberation of Aztlan. Communism would be closest. Once Aztlan is established, ethnic cleansing would commence: Non-Chicanos would have to be expelled opposition groups would be quashed because you have to keep power. sounds like only 2 peices of evidence may be all that is needed here:
1. the federal laws that are not being followed by our president
2. a copy of the Mexican immigration law

What is so hard for the people in Washington to understand.?The people we are talking about are Illegal Immigrants.Period. They are in the U.S. illegally. Why should they be entitled to protection under our laws, they are here illegally. Let them go back to their country and live under their laws.If the Mexicans have a problem with this show them the Treaty of Heidalgo (sp), and let them return to their own country. We are a nation of immigrants, but legal immigrants that came through the front door. Not dark of night sneaks. It is time to make sure U.S.Laws are enforced.

Not going to happen as long as ‘good’ republicans insist on electing and RE electing the same problems, like JOHN MCCAIN!

ABSOLUTELY! When an American CITIZEN has no standing to question the legitimacy of the President of his own country, why should a Mexican have any rights in court?
