Fabulous. If they can force Hawaii to unseal the records that were sealed under Obama’s orders ....... I wonder if all the crap that he has done can be undone if it is proved that his presidency is illegitimate?
IIRC, an Article 32 is convened to determine if there are ground to convene a courts-martial.
I will be willing to bet that the LtCol will get stateside duty and the panel will conclude that there are no grounds to pursue prosecution.

The chances of that happening are precisely 0.00%. Unless he changes his tune and seeks some kind of alternative disposition to the charges, he'll be facing trial by court-martial at which he'll lose - easily - and nothing about Barack Obama's eligibility will be entertained for even a moment by the military judge.

I have 2 comments.
1. There’s no question in my mind that the person occupying the Oval Office is there illegally, as in, he was not eligible to have ever had his name on a presidential ballot.
2. Should #1 somehow manage to become “public knowledge”, absolutely nothing will be done about it.
It’s going to take ballots or force. We will know after November if ballots will work. Then what....?

I can’t believe what Obama has done to me through his actions...actually hating a human being. I would avoid him at any and all costs. He would have to hunt me down and tase me just to be in his general vicinity. I can’t stand how repulsed I am of him.
All he has to do is produce the birth certificate and make everyone look like a fool if he is truly natural born (which I don’t believe he is due to the father, if he is really the father). Instead, he would see people court-martialed and have generals wondering if he is really our CIC. How horrible for morale!

Isn’t the real question whether or not Obama is a “natural born citizen,” which is not to be confused with a “native born citizen?” Obama and all sources say that Obama’s father was Kenyan (British subject) at the time of Obama’s birth, which leads one to the obvious conclusion that Obama cannot be a “natural born citizen” which is a requirement of the office of President of the US. Period. Correct me if I’m wrong, here...

What do lawyers want most, an abundance of court cases to be paid for right? Plus it contributes to their Cloward-Piven cause at the same time. Getting paid to actually overload and collapse that which makes you rich, how ironic.
All the money spent to seal the records is nothing for puppet-master soros to cough up. But it keeps all his lawyer buddies busy making money in court doesn’t it?
