IIRC, an Article 32 is convened to determine if there are ground to convene a courts-martial.
I will be willing to bet that the LtCol will get stateside duty and the panel will conclude that there are no grounds to pursue prosecution.

The chances of that happening are precisely 0.00%. Unless he changes his tune and seeks some kind of alternative disposition to the charges, he'll be facing trial by court-martial at which he'll lose - easily - and nothing about Barack Obama's eligibility will be entertained for even a moment by the military judge.

This WND is ridiculous.
