The irony is that the birth certificate means nothing. Even if it exists, it cannot hurt him. It's destruction does not shield him.

His father was a British citizen. Therefore, Barack Hussein Obama is not a Natural Born Citizen and is constitutionally ineligible to be president.

Hawaii doesn't enter the picture.

To document that his father was a British citizen they’d have to use a genuine birth certificate. The only way he’s getting by on ANY of the points by which he could be shown to be ineligible is by never presenting anything genuine, and never HAVING to present anything genuine.

The fact that he’s posted a forgery and that the HDOH is breaking the law to cover for him SHOULD get him into legal trouble though. If we had any law enforcement in this country, that is.
