I just find it funny (and sad) that this is said just a day after Obama demanded that the finger pointing needed to stop. I guess that did not include them.

Seriously greed gets a bad rap. Greed (actually Self Interest is a better term) is the engine that makes capitalism work. We all want to improve our lives and the lives of our loved one.
“I want more for me.” Is the definition of greed. There is nothing wrong with that. If I make more for me in the process I am making more for others. That is the miracle of capitalism.
The true cause of this accident is more likely negligence and failure to follow procedures. These are the causes of most industrial accidents (taking short cuts).
Hey, Harry, who makes more per gallon of fuel derived from this oil? The government or the company drilling for it, shipping it, refining it, delivering it to the market, or selling it?

HYDRAULIC ARM,
DOWN BOTH SIDES OF CONE HAVE TWO LONG STEEL CHAINS.
2. SECURE HANGING CHAINS AROUND SAFETY VALVE
THE CHAINS ARE TO HOLD CONE IN PLACE ONCE
THE HYDRAULIC ARM IS INSERTED.
3. GUIDE CONE OVER SPILL WITH ROBOT SUBS.
START INSERTING HYDRAULIC ARM INTO SPILL PIPE.
AS ARM GOES INTO SPILL PIPE, THE ARM
GRADUALLY EXPANDS TO SIZE OF PIPE.
4. OR ONCE YOU HAVE ARM IN PIPE THERE ARE
MANY OTHER OPTIONS TO APPLY.
