Why Do We Waste Time on Ahmadinejad…and the U.N. for That Matter?

All right, I’ll say right from the beginning that one of my core principles in life is not to deal with:

* The psychotically delusional
* Boldfaced liars
* Vicious thugs

There… That’s just me… And for that matter, I dare say that it’s probably you too.

Enter Iran’s president Ahmadinejad in of all places New York City, Monday, May 3rd 2010… And there we were in the person of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Natch we were out there still “talking”. (I guess we still have our “open hand” thrust out for a “laurel, and hearty” handshake.)

Thinking about the same thing yesterday. When will Sarah Palin or another conservative start to add this to their platform. “If elected I will ask for the UN to move its HQ to another location and scale back our participation”.

I believe as a leg of someones platform it would be a winner. It's time to float that balloon.

The solution to the UN “problem” is to kick them out of the country and send them to Paris.

Think of the revenues to NYC and the USA from all that prime territory.

The UN situation reminds of a comment made by an old NYC pal of mine.

He said: “I know how to fix NYC’s auto traffic dilemma”

“Make all the streets one-way westbound and let New Jersey solve the damn problem!”

Right!

My thought:

Give them notice they are no longer wanted in NYC or the USA. Cut off ALL funding, no exceptions.

Give them an eviction notice that says you have 12 months to vacate the premises (as we are turning it into a waterfront park for the citizens of NYC) and get any and all property you want to keep (and take through Customs) off US Soil. The bulk of your personnel and their families will be gone in 6 weeks.

All diplomatic passports are canceled, So, and by the way, is your immunity from anything is gone effective Noon tomorrow. (Further incentive for some to leave post haste) Law Enforcement Officers can pick you up for parking tickets or whatever and judges can follow the uniform sentencing rules OR deport you immediately as persona non grata.

As a helpful hint, maybe they could set up shop in Haiti or some other nation that could use their benevolent rule and ideas. Maybe the Hague has space with the old League of Nations and the World Court or possibly Russia will offer Siberia.

While we are at it a review of all International treaties should be accomplished and many should end up in the trash heap of history.

Sarah would be just the person to start the debate on this issue. If there is one thing that she has it is guts. Someone like Sarah Palin has to begin the discussion because our timid “leaders” would never touch it with a ten foot pole.

Did you hear what Ahmedinijad said after his speech at the UN? He said that the United States and a few of its friends walked out but 57 countries supported him. There are 57 Muslim countries and they vote as a block. The Muslims are feeling their power after a long period of being in the shadows. They are feeling empowered because of all of that oil money and because of the UN which gives them a platform to all gang up on us. They are being treated as if they are civilized gentlemen and they are now believing that about themselves. These people are savages and should be treated that way. As for “dialog”, there are people that you want to talk to and people you only talk to when you absolutely have to. The Muslim world fits into the second category.

For decades the Muslim world and other third world hell holes have been denouncing us and the Israelis from the floor of the UN. We are only empowering them by belonging to this same organization as equals. They are not our equals. We are just making them more arrogant but allowing them to constantly throw their insults at us. The UN demeans our national prestige and makes us look like a paper tiger. This is not just about national pride — appearing weak before the world can can be deadly.

We make believe we care so there are less wars in the world at one time to handle.

90% of those at the UN are anti-capitalism and anti-individual freedom. Not anything we could go along with unless we all joined the Democrat party.

I was trying to contact Sarah Palin personally but I didn’t have any luck. Does Sarah have an email address where we can reach her? I would like to encourage her to bring up discussion of the UN.

Here is a great website of freedom loving Iranians. Please read this personal account by a young woman school teacher who was falsely arrested and raped in jail.
