If the major parties were running Satan and Beelzebub for office, would you vote for Beelzebub because he is the lesser of two evils? Not this citizen; if those are the choices, Im a write-in for Jesus.

sounds like an excuse someone who voted for mickey mouse would use for not voting for Juan Mc Queeg.(or worse yet stayed home....)
all things considered I would vote for Mcqueeg again rather than the ultimate commie filth that is totally screwing up
our country now.

Good-intentioned votes for Ross Perot (twice!) gave us eight years of William J. Clinton.
I fear that the creation of a viable third party during this election cycle will give us four additional years of Barack H. Obama.

I hear you. But I fear that thinking like that will give us another Bush 43 or McCain.

Just plain BAD advice. A vote for a third party is a vote for the Democrats, as far as I’m concerned.

A far better choice. At least they love the country.

Quit running Democrats as Republicans and you won’t have to worry about it.

So if I had a choice between eating donkey crap and elephant crap which would I choose?

Nader gave us Beel..., uh, Bush II.
Well, coulda been worse. Somewhat.

Which, as we see now, is completely preferable to what we got stuck with. I am waaay too conservative and no one I’d want will ever get elected. So lesson learned - I’d vote for 43 again in a nanaosecond, faster it was possible.

Another CNN Kool-Aid drinker heard from. If you had a single brain cell left you'd know Clinton did NOTHING. It was the Republican Congress that balanced the budget and cut back welfare.
Toad.

Seems to me that it would be in your best interest to choose “neither of the above.”

If you had the choice of making a bad analogy or a good one which would you choose?

... supporting the lesser of two evils and thus voting often for third-party candidates. But youre just throwing your vote away when you do that! comes the refrain. No, Jay, it is not wasting your vote. It is actively electing the greater of the two evils. Any nut can see that, unless they are trolls for the Dems, and this holier than thou pretense is also either misguided or a deception.
One of Allinsky's Rules for Radicals advises to hold the opponent to the strictest interpretation of their values, usually Christian values, while following absolutely no values of their own. If you are not part of that you are actively playing into it!
