The authorities in Hawaii should take extra measures consulting with the national archives to make sure Barack Obama’s birth certificate is preserved in perfect condition for the future generations to see.
The Obama’s BC is one of the most expensive pieces of paper in the world today. The value of the document that everybody wants to see is growing every day. The President and his campaign spent millions of dollars for lawyers to prevent the public from laying their eyes on it.
Mona Lisa is fading with jealousy over the price tag of the Obama birth certificate.
Legislatures all over the country are spending countless working hours figuring out how to take a peek at the BC. The Arizona House of Representatives just voted a law that will require future Presidential candidates to present their birth certificates to prove eligibility.
If only those filing the birth certificate back in 1961 knew that the paper will be worth more than a Picasso. Lt. Col. Lakin is about to go to jail for disobeying orders in attempt to produce the original Obama birth document to light. All this activity – money and sacrifices – are generated by the fascination with one of the most puzzling politicians in the American history.
While today the power to release the birth certificate lies with Barack Obama himself – there will be a distant day in the far away future when the public will be allowed to look at the historic document.
It is very likely to be on exposition in the National archives, a Presidential library, Hawaiian archives or may be touring the country in an exhibition on wheels.

I am NOT a “birther” and I do NOT need “proof” of a foreign birth to convince me that BO”s sentiments lie somewhere other than America’s best interests. BUT, that being said, I have to wonder WHY he doesn’t just release the documents and shut this argument up? What is he, and Hawaii, trying to hide? It does give one pause...

Here’s what I said:

The trouble, though, is that if anybody sees it they will know that Obama is not eligible to be president. Because the birth certificate was amended in 2006 (as confirmed by official Hawaii Department of Health communications) - most probably (given the communications from the DOH) to include medical information not available in 1961 because Ann and Barack were not in Hawaii within 30 days after the birth to have a Hawaii doctor complete the birth certificate. The birth certificate was completed in 2006 with the amendment, and Obama’s birth certificate almost certainly begins with the numbers 151-2006-xxxxxx.
Any genuine birth certificate from Hawaii has to note the amendments made to it, and that includes the abbreviated birth certificates (COLB). That’s why Obama posted a forgery rather than a GENUINE COLB on Factcheck even though he has a genuine COLB. The genuine COLB contains two items he doesn’t want anyone to see: the note of the amendment and the 2006 certificate number.
The Hawaii DOH has indirectly confirmed that the birth certificate number on the Factcheck COLB is incompatible with the “date filed”. Janice Okubo has said that birth certificates from Oahu have always been received at the state registrar’s office and given the certificate number there on the same day, the “date filed”. But Obama’s Factcheck COLB has a “date filed” 3 days earlier than the Nordyke twins’ certificates but a certificate number 2 later than theirs. So we know that either the date filed or the certificate number or both has been altered on the Factcheck COLB.
Hawaii Revised Statute 338-17 says that an amended birth certificate does not qualify as prima facie evidence. It has the legal status of hearsay. That’s the same legal status as the Kenyan birth certificates without their genuineness is certified. IOW, the best that Hawaii has for Obama is legally no more conclusive than the Kenyan birth certificates, which if confirmed as genuine would absolutely trump the Hawaiian documents.

The fact is that Obama’s birth certificate is not the most important issue at all. Regardless whether Obama was born in Hawaii or not it is a travesty that Court will not give standing to any American citizen in regards to ruling on the eligibility clause of the Constitution. It is a known fact that even if Obama was born in Hawaii he is still not a ‘natural born’ citizen. Obama does not have two American citizen parents. Obama was elected illegally.
All in all there are three levels to Obama’s problems with eligibility with the birth certificate being the least important, imo.
1.) Obama’s father was not an American citizen and by Obama’s own admission he had dual loyalties and dual citizenship at birth. He is not then a ‘natural born’ citizen and is not eligible to be president.
2.) Obama most likely was adopted and lost his American citizenship when becoming an Indonesian citizen. Is there any record of Obama re-applying for American citizenship? Is there any record of Barry Soetoro legally changing his name back to Obama? It is very likely that Obama is an illegal immigrant who is not even using his real legal name.
3.) Was Obama really born in Hawaii? A COLB is not an original birth certificate and could have been obtained even if Obama was born in another country. Hawaii has not even confirmed that the COLB that Obama and FactCheck is using was actually obtained from Hawaii.
You know, if we got the entire Congress, Obama, and his entire regime jailed for 3 years on misprision of felony, this country might just be able to heal itself economically. lol.
I was going to suggest a petition to put a moratorium on any Congressional or Presidential acts, but this would be even better. =)
