Even the modern day State Department rules discusses the problems associated with dual citizenship:

Dual nationality may hamper efforts by the U.S. Government to provide diplomatic and consular protection to individuals overseas. When a U.S. citizen is in the other country of their dual nationality, that country has a predominant claim on the person.

It can't. Of course not. Yet, right there, on his campaign web site F.T.S., it's stated that a foreign government "governed" Barry from birth and the reason it did, was that Barry inherited that foreign citizenship by way of his foreign national father (no matter where he was born), a fact backed up by Factcheck.org. Assuming, of course, that Sr. was his legal father at birth.
How, then, could he possibly be a "Natural Born Citizen" of the U.S.?

Furthermore: Hawaii's Territorial Law, Chapter 57 - "VITAL STATISTICS, I", shown beginning pg 23 of 29, (the law in effect in 1961) allowed the parents (or grandparents or other relative) of baby's born anywhere in the world to be eligible to apply for a Hawaiian birth certificate. A mailed-in form (without mention of a hospital, doctor, or midwife) signed by one of his grandparents (who forged the parent signature(s)) would have been enough to set up a birth record and a birth certificate at the Dept of Health. The Dept of Health would then have automatically sent the names of the parents, their address as given on the mailed-in form , the gender of the child, and the date of birth to the Honolulu Advertiser and Star-Bulletin. The address given for the parents in the newspaper announcements is actually, however, the August 1961 home address of Obama’s maternal grandparents Stanley and Madelyn Dunham [6085 Kalanianaole Highway], and not the 1961 home address of Barack Obama, Sr. [625 11th Ave].) This notification would then have automatically generated the newspaper announcements. (This was the practice of the Honolulu Advertiser and Star-Bulletin at the time).

Bottom line: Even IF (big IF) he was born in HI, he inherited his father's foreign citizenship as well, making him a US citizen by US law and the subject of the crown of her majesty the Queen of England by inheritance and England's law. He could not be considered a Natural Born Citizen as known by and as intended by the framers.

Actually, I’m a Birther, and proud of it! People thought they would demonize the Shakers and the Quakers by calling them funny names. Instead, they adopted those names, which are now heard with respect.

What do I mean by the term? That I respect our Constitution and the rule of law. That I have looked into all the facts and rumors surrounding Obama’s total refusal to supply his birth records, or most of his other records. That I am aware that Obama’s stoogest have actually broken into the State Department files and elsewhere and have destroyed records. And one of the perpetrators was shot when he was bout to talk to the authorities.

That’s nothingn to worry about? I don’t think so. Without the physical evidence, no one can PROVE anything. But the odds that Obama is a natural born citizen, or even an American AT ALL, are vanishingly small.

Any attorney who actually allows someone to invoke information derived from their, ahem, "vital records", without attempting to ascertain precisely what kind of documents that information was actually derived from, - is committing malpractice.

Dr. Fukino, even after her big public disclosures involving Obama's personal information, still refuses to validate that Certification of Live Birth that has been circulating on the web for a year and a half. Or refuses to even admit that the DoH actually issued Obama a certified copy of his Certification of Live Birth back in June of 2007. Why? Is that not a valid CoLB or not? Or even the image of valid CoLB or not?

If she *still* refuses to validate in any way, despite countless requests to do exactly that, why should anyone accept it as "proof"?

Fukino could do it in a hearbeat if she actually wanted do so. At least now that she's gone on record with his personal data and even attempted to officially declare him to be a "natural born citizen".

Why is it that she still refuses to vouch for Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth, number 151 1961-010641, issued to Barack Hussein Obama II, by her Department of Health back in 2007?

That certificate number obviously belongs to somebody else. I’m guessing the owner is listed in the same newspaper as the Nordyke twins.

"Lack standing” has been the ruling from all the Clinton-appointed federal judges that have tossed out the lawsuits.

And at least one or two Bush appointed ones as well.

At the rate things are going, the HDOH could give him a brand new “clean” BC and say they didn’t mean any of the things they’ve already said and nobody would be able to say a thing about it. That’s why this needs to come out in a context that involves accountability, like a court case.

They may well have already done something similar involving another player in this saga. I’m not to the bottom of that story yet but suffice it to say that at this point I would put nothing past the HDOH.

I do agree, though, that the laxity in requirements which allowed this to happen needs to be addressed. And in most situations that would settle the problem. When you’ve got people in government offices engaging in criminal behavior all bets are off. Somehow we have to have a mechanism which allows an alert citizenry to force an investigation in such cases.

Yet here we are. There are no current legal requirements for him to do so. Why should he lift a finger to temper a movement that he probably sees as benefiting him.

As I wrote before: No court -- civilian or military -- wants to touch this thing as they would need to rule that, based on evidence (i.e., ordering BO to show his birth certificate) BO meets or does not meet the qualification for president, or that the Constitution doesn't mean what is clearly written (i.e., the Constitution doesn't apply).

It is also very clear that BO does not -- under any circumstances and at whatever cost -- want the information on his birth certificate to be revealed, be it because he is not a natural-born citizen, or because it identifies his race as "Caucasian", or -- as demonstrably been the case throughout his privileged life -- because he is so special that the rules and laws simply don't apply to him, or because his ego cannot accept that others have the authority to tell him what to do.

I expect the courts to continue to avoid ruling on this matter by creating reasons to deny standing (as has been their normal practice) or finding ways to resolve their conflict without ruling (as in this case). I remain hopeful that somewhere there is an American patriot who knows the truth and will muster the courage to reveal it.

I believe that based on a massive cover up on college records, and birth, that Obama has no legal right to be POTUS.

Those dgital snapshots couldn't even get someone a passport from the State Department or even bonafide driver's licence from the DMV.

This guy (Obama) is going to be caught up short if he tries to run for reelection in 2012. He won’t run again, because one, he’s lazy, and two, some states have passed a requirement that all candidates for the presidency produce proof of their birth status and the documentation thereof (in other words, their birth certificate) in order to quality on the ballot of that state. Confronted with this, Obama will choose not to run rather than admit to his fraudulent presidency by not having proven the status of his birth the first time he ran for President. That will be telling if he chooses not to run again, won’t it.
