Our condition, in Israel, has never been better than it is now! Only The television and the media make people think that the end of the World is near.. Only 65 years ago, Jews were brought to death like Sheep to slaughter. NO country, NO army. Only 60 years ago, Seven Arab countries declared war on little Israel , the Jewish State, Just a few hours after it was established.

Absolutely adorable!
One of the regulars at my synagogue walked out last week when while a young Israeli was speaking. I'm told he was annoyed at the everything-is-wonderful tone of her speech.
I didn't think what she said was anything to be upset about. She is only 18. But I have made my feelings known about similar Kumbayah speeches given by AIPAC folks a week or two earlier. They're all talking to Congress, and Congress is listening, we're told.
Well, there's an 800 pound gorilla in the room and that is our Muslim sympathizing (at least) President. The AIPAC folks didn't even mention Obama and Congress doesn't make foreign policy. Missiles are being moved into place to the north and in Gaza, and Israel will stand very alone when the enemies begin firing. It's not clear that everyone in Israel has the will to kill the enemy, including women and children, if it becomes necessary. This was not the situation following the '67 and '73 wars. This is not the best of times.

If it was up to Britain, there would BE NO ISRAEL today.
And if it was not for Truman, who defied his own advisors and cabinet members, there would have been be no recognition of Israel as an Independent Jewish State.
Truman was the first and LAST American president who was an actual true friend to Israel.
