Uncap and Free Trade: The Palin Doctrine
Lame Cherry ^ | 04/11/10 | Lame Cherry

Posted on 04/11/2010 1:30:40 PM PDT by American Dream 246

As we Americans are all in this together, I am going to endeavor as the God Inspired Lame Cherry to produce a series of doctrines as I have been led to do.

In this, I by God's Grace, am naming this one the Sarah Palin Doctrine, as we are all Americans seeking the best, and as she is in the leadership and I as a humble servant of the Lord am in the boiling pot chambers, it is fitting that this is handled this way as Gov. Palin is a brilliantly inspired Lady and it is in this hope that as a shadow President, that her and other sitting Governors will begin enacting this doctrine.

What needs to be understood is Americans do not have to wait until 2010 or 2012 to effect change. These 50 states are where the power rests with the people, and these 50 states can undo all the draconian Marxism Obama and Pelosi are foisting upon the American People.

To outline this in the Uncap and Free Trade, the Palin Doctrine, there must be not just the Party of Hell No, but the leadership of Party of Help America, as Gov. Palin fully understands as the counter of Obama's helping hisself to American money.

(I need to explain why this blog utilizes hisself. In Inspiration, God was moving me long ago to show the fraud of Mr. Obama in his wrinkled white shirts, dropping his letters and referring in racist terms to lesser Americans as FOLKS. The hisself is a perfect term for Mr. Obama in his rube awakening as it defines the racism of David Remnick in Obama read a book and learned to be black.)

The states hold literally all rights which are not granted in the few pages of the Articles and Amendments to the Constitution of these United States. In that as Mr. Obama is on the Al Gore route of deeming cows as endangering the environment and wiping classic 1966 Mustangs off the road as being a threat to environment for being old, it is time for the states to uncap Mr. Obama's caps and free the trade which Mr. Obama is capping.

How this is done is simple, as the states which are telling the federal government they have no business regulating firearm and ammunition manufacturing production inside a state.

For the reality, until the staged murders of John Kennedy, Bobby Kennedy and Martin King, America had no gun restrictions, except in corrupt Boss Tweed locations like New York and Chicago.

Rifles were free to be ordered through the mail and millions of Americans enjoyed the rifle which Lee Harvey Oswald did not shoot John Kennedy with. It was all about getting rid of the Kennedy clan as a competitor and the side benefit was disarming Americans.

In this, President George W. Bush and Congress opened oil exploration off the coast of Virginia, which Mr. Obama and his Marxist Interior Sec. Salazar have now thwarted.

Mr. Obama has tried to bribe Republicans with "exploration" for oil in other areas, which is absolute rhetoric as the oil is already explored and should be drilled, but the federal government has once again overstepped and dictated to states in how they can use their own natural resources within their borders.

To overcome this, the Palin Doctrine would have Gov. Bob McDonnell, Republican of Virginia, open up all the drilling and pumping Virginia desired for oil which would be utilized within the borders of Virginia as that is intrastate commerce which the federal government has not authority to regulate.

In the same venue of this, America has vast reserves of capped oil wells for "national security" interests. One would conclude as Mr. Obama now has America approaching 100 trillion dollars in actual debt, another 100 trillion in insurance backing for Obama financiers, that America has reached a national crisis as large as an asteroid hitting Kansas or the Russian dropping nuclear warheads on American cities.

These capped oil wells from Texas, Oklahoma, Wyoming, Montana, North and South Dakota with Alaska etc.... should all be uncapped for immediate use within the states they are. These are the state oil wells which were seized by the federal government without compensation.

They must be open to pumping within the states for the people of those state's use.

This can be expanded then in the "free trade" as for example, California needing crude oil could approach Alaska for oil drilling, and sinking in a new well in Alaska or offshore in Virginia could then exchange that well for a well within it's borders which is capped. So a California well capped could be transferred to some other state which would be capped as a known reserve. Utah with it's massive reserves would be a perfect trade in this, as the oil reserves would be secure in Utah, and California could pump it's oil for it's Citizen's needs.

As this expanded, Utah would have massive revenue from drilling operations, and it too could pump oil for it's own Citizen's needs, asserting the State's rights along with a massive need in California filled by US oil which America has plenty of.

In simply doing this, America would recover in the national economic ruin Mr. Obama has strangled America to. America would drop it's imports by 3/4's from terror oil, and literally drop oil prices to Public Utilities levels. Yes, your state PUC would regulate crude oil prices within your state as the telephone and electric are regulated. The cost would be 10% over production for companies making wonderful profits.

..........and as a hint that the majority of gas prices are federal excise taxes, states would be exempt from paying them as their oil would be state oil and the government could not collect taxes on it. Gas prices at the pump, even with state taxes for road and revenue would be 50 to 70 cents a gallon. Exactly the cure America needs.

In the expanded trade aspect, states like West Virginia having more coal than oil could trade their energy credits for oil to another state using coal for electrical production. The same holds true for natural gas wells. The point in this is that each state would be afforded something, which would include offshore pumping in the Gulf of Mexico, so they would in a cooperative rights zone also have their intrastate energy needs met, while maintaining national security.

For reference in this, when America was founded, there were in states "school lands" which were put into trust for public education to fund schooling for children. There is not one reason these energy credits can not be intrastate and offshore for states not having their own vast reserves capped as Alaska and Texas.

In synopsis, Gov. Bob McDonnell of Virginia should tell Obama to stuff it, and start managing crude oil drilling for his state's energy needs as the federal government is under Obama dictating terms so the globalist oil regimes are running America and raping American's blind financially.

This is the genesis of the Palin Doctrine, Uncap and Free Trade, the answer to Barack Hussein Obama strangling America.

My wife and I met Sarah the night before last. The three of us had a great discussion of life, kids, politics, etc. for a little under 45 minutes.

She is so personable that almost instantly I felt like I was talking to an old friend. And it just got better from there.

It was so weird. I saw my wife standing in the doorway to a medium sized conference room and she said, “would you like to meet Sarah Palin? I walked through the doorway and there she was! She got up and introduced herself as we shook hands and we just started talking about stuff. In the conversation she got a text from Sean Hannity and we were cracking up about it.

What was weird is, and I cannot emphasize this enough, it was like starting a conversation with someone while you wait in line for a movie or something, and the give and take just went on and on and got more and more interesting, and then you exchange info as the movie doors open.

She mentioned a lot of stuff about the campaign that was fascinating, but there is no way I would share it. Not that it is “secret stuff”, but it is stuff that, if they want the general public to know, they’ll share publicly.

Oh, and I told her I wouldn't trouble her for a picture and she said something like "nonsense" and got up and we got this: That's Mrs. Robroy on your right. I have a long arm. :)

That's really wonderful, and a GREAT pic!!!!

And remember that nasty rumor that her enemies tried to plant last month about her charging folks to have their photograph taken with her? Austin Hill was spreading it around after being taken in by some seminar callers.

Utter nonsense and this proves it!

Hey Rob, I hope you told her that she’s got a very strong, very dedicated following on this forum and that we’re going to the mat for her.

Moreso. Seriously. I swear that we could have gone home and she and Mrs. Robroy could have baked an incredible salmon dinner (while I tossed the salad) while we all talked about international politics and our country’s internal problems and solutions - and grandkids.

I am not trying to get into details, but I’ve been around a lot of famous people and there are only two others that I could call that sincerely friendly. Some are friendly in a “let’s be nice and sound ‘interested’ to the little people” sort of way. She was simply gregarious. She asked the typical questions, but also answered questions.

At one point I had a senior moment and lost track of what I was talking about. She backtracked the conversation to put me back on track. That one thing was very telling. All I am really trying to say is, she seems genuinely nice and sincere, with not a hint of saccharin. Even if she were a “nobody”, she exudes a quality that would cause you to think she would still be a great friend, and someone you could trust on a personal level.

Been rooting for Guv Palin since even before McPain selected her as his running mate.

However. I really, really hope Guv isn’t buying into the globalist “free trade” scam.

It’s very rapidly destroying our country.

We don’t need “free trade”. We need balanced trade. Enforced trade at first, because otherwise, we’re really acting as nothing more than chumps for our so-called trading “partners”.

Legions of otherwise patriotic Americans, mostly on the right, see nothing wrong with carelessly spending our once-mighty manufacturing nation into oblivion.

Spending our national treasure, our children’s. Our grandchildren’s.

For what???

Socialist ‘wealth’ redistribution. Got a clue (both parties). If we don’t address our massive TRADE deficit and quick, we will have no more national wealth left to redistribute.

We’re almost broke. Well in fact we are broke. In debt actually.

Two decades ago we were the richest nation in the history of the world.

How’s that “free trade” thing working out so far?

Interesting you brought that up. That is exactly what I told her. I also told her that I did not care whether or not she ran for President in 2012 because she has made it clear that she can make a difference in or out of office. I also mentioned that being in office could actually bind her a bit.

She had a lot of responses to those remarks, all of which I enjoyed a great deal, but that is as far as I comfortably can go discussing her side of the conversation, if you get my drift. Mrs. Robroy and I both really liked her.

One thing she said that I feel I can say: She appreciated and strongly encouraged the activity, regarding those of us on the internet. The internet is the new “water cooler” (my words).

Man, she and I talked about that. I’m biting my tongue...

If she does run, I’m DEFINITELY voting for her and I am, generally speaking, not much for women in political office.
