Results are in from the Southern Republican Leadership Conference 2012 Presidential Straw Poll. Here are the top four:
439 Mitt Romney
438 Ron Paul
330 Sarah Palin
321 Newt Gingrich
Fox News' Carl Cameron just reported that Romney supporters were "handing out gifts" to attendees, and that Ron Paul sold cut-rate tickets to the event on his website. So, considering that, I would say Palin and Gingrich made pretty good showings.

I see the dumb GOP is still pushing the extremist Ron Paul and Rino Mitt Romney.I say again it was a bought and paid for win for those two. Bragging rights to the lamestream media who want to alternately characterize the Republicans as Ron Paul nut cases or Mitt Romney "moderates" all the while taking the opportunity to bash Sarah and any other conservatives in the process. The only benefit to the conference organizers is increased ticket sales to help pay the bills.

I wouldnt be using the bot designation for Jim Robinson and the overwhelming support for Palin here at freerepublic.AGAIN, my friend, STOP puting words and thoughts into my replies that ARE NOT THERE. I never mentioned JR, you did, and I dang sure never said he was a "bot", YOU DID. Maybe this is a sick game that you like to play to kiss someone's behind, but I said none of those things. I think you should apologize to me for trying to build a mountain out of a mole hill, and lying about what I said or wrote.

so I wish the Palinbots I wouldnt be using the bot designation for Jim Robinson and the overwhelming support for Palin here at freerepublic.
I don't know how else I can say it, your using palinbot to describe the overwhelming number of freepers here, including Jim Robinson that support Sarah Palin is not wise.

Posting old propaganda is typical of those who want an Obama 2nd term
Propaganda? Palin made those remarks in an interview! Then she gives another interview contradicting the one I cite claiming she doesn't think they can nor should be deported because it isn't humane! Are you so blinded by the Palinbot light you refuse to accept her contradictory statements? It's the same tactic McAmnesty has been using for many years!

The remarks were 2 yrs ago when she was running mate. The head of the ticket calls the agenda
What I posted is current and what Sarah Palin believes as her own person.

Oh I see. We should ignore her past remarks because there is a statute of limitations. The contradictory statements only illustrate she is trying to flip flop like McAmensty in order to appease both sides of the issue. The old I was for amnesty before I was against approach couldn't be more disingenuous.
