Unfortunately, this is NOT an April Fools' joke. No commentary is needed... just watch and lament the fact that this imbecile has a vote in the House. Wow.

The man has hepatitis C.

Hepatic encephalopathy would explain his confusion. It was cruel for The Hill and other media not to report his illness when they reported on his bizarre behavior. He does need to be told its time for him to leave congress but humiliating a person who may be dying is not the way to do it.

One of the earliest congressional supporters of President Barack Obama, Rep. Johnson

Some things need no confirmation!

He was well enough to support the health care bill and gather additional votes for it, according to his biography. If he’s well enough to assist in our plunge to socialism, he’s well enough to be mocked, illness notwithstanding. In other words, if he was so ill, his vote on health care should also be null and void.

His party should be the target, not him. More effective too. Democrats are keeping a man who can’t take care of himself and is probably dying away from his family and in congress because they want the stinking power.

He’s a Democrat yet you seem surprised.

[just imagine the intellect of the beings who chose him as their “wise leader”]

:)

Hepatic encephalopathy would explain his confusion.

This is like excusing a surgical error by claiming the doctor wouldn't have screwed up if he hadn't been drunk.

If he is competent to serve he is competent to be held to at least a standard easily met by a fifth grader.

He is not only a graduate of the DC school system, but a GRADUATE OF CLARK COLLEGE in Atlanta; and THURGOOD MARSHALL LAW SCHOOL! He was a judge!

Of course we have a PRESIDENT who said that insurance rates would go down 3,000% so employers could give you a raise!

NO LAWYER LEFT BEHIND!

Geographical point of order! Guam is next to the Marianna Trench which is the deepest spot in the whole ocean. You could place Mt Everest in the trench and it's top would still be almost 1 mile under water!

There is a Obalastt Solution which would be another Nobel Gas award! Bean there dune that!.

It shovel ready and a prime Stimulace Project!

We put Mt Everest and Mt Whitney in buckets and fill in the trench and include an extra 1000 feet of dykes around the island. Island paradise saved and hot babe hangout, albiet lesbian, and the futile is assured!

“If Guam is at risk for tipping over and capsizing, how much greater is the peril in NYC?”

Oddly enough, the destruction of the World Trade Center SAVED NYC, which was in imminent peril of flipping over and trapping millions under water...

So, how long until the symptoms become fatal? Just wondering.

Are we there yet?

How about now?

Showed this to my freshman U.S. class today... many of them now see themselves as potential Congressmen.

I can tell you this much. If Guam DOES capsize or flip over, that Navy Admiral will be held responsible. That could end his career, if it happens.

If one of our top military leaders allows one of our most vital possessions to be capsized by a thoughtless increase in population, he should be strung up. I am beginning to understand Hank’s concern with this issue.

There is a realistic worst-case scenario. A major free rock concert where most if not all of the inhabitants go to attend on the beach. A lot of jumping up and down in rhythmic dancing and swaying. That could capsize the Island in not time.

Hank Johnson , far from being laughed at, must have been trained in Quantum Physics and advance calculus to understand that real scenario and the danger. No Rolling Stones or Madonna concerts on Guam!

Or, better yet, I propose the island be evacuated in preparation for a taxpayer-funded Democratic health care success celebration. Party leadership and their supporters would headline, along with the usual contingent of liberal musicians. Call it Woodstock III: Obamacare, or something. Grandstands and a spectator area would be built on one side of the island. Hank Johnson would then be playing the part of Cassandra, warning the doomed without success.

"If Guam is at risk for tipping over and capsizing, how much greater is the peril in NYC? I better start wearing my life vest to work."

Silly Goose!

The great foresight exercised by the city planners anchored the Island of Manhattan to the mainland by an intricate series of bridges. Besides, everyone knows that the Hudson River isn't nearly as deep as the Pacific Ocean, so when it does start to capsize the edges would hit the bottom long before it could turn all the way over!

Learn some science before you go and panic - sheesh!
