Guam has an area of 209 sq mi and a population of 154,805 for a density of 830 per sq mi.
This is slightly more than one per acre but a tiny fraction of the density of, say, Manhattan Island (71,201 per sq mi), which has yet to tip over either.
Btw, does anyone else think Johnson looked and sounded drunk?

I was in the Coast Guard in Guam in 98-03 and serviced the 4 main Guam island sea anchors as well as helped Seal Team 6 replenished/increased the styrofoam peanut allocation for sufficient added buoyancy due to all the locals feeding 24/7 off Uncle Sugar's teat as well.
Senator, There is absolutely no danger of Guam capsizing.

I am sitting next to Mrs. Jazzy on the sofa and played this video for her. Her jaw just dropped and she asked me, begged me as a matter of fact, to tell her that this was not real! She ALSO could not believe that the Admiral had to sit there and answer, WITH A STRAIGHT FACE, that they did not anticipate that the island would capsize!!!

The highest point on Guam is 1,332 ft above sea level. The Guam quarter indicates that a good portion of the island is hilly. I think it would take a lot to capsize the island.
