Ok, basically, unable to sleep and this has been rolling around my head for days, and I'm increasingly annoyed by conservatives, and as pissed at liberals as I can ever recall being. If this below is true, then what? If it's bogus, I can't find it on Snopes or Truth or Fiction. If this is on those sites as bogus for God's sake someone please post where, cause the b*****d is still President, so if it's true, hmph. Maybe someone else can find it. PART 2: In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama's qualifications for the presidency, the group "Americans for Freedom of Information" has released copies of President Obama's college transcripts from Occidental College. The transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia while an undergraduate at the school. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify for this scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship. This document provides the smoking gun that many of Obama's detractors have been seeking - that he is NOT a natural-born citizen of the United States - necessary to be President of these United States. Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya, here we see that there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship. Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama's campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records. Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still on-going but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused comment on this matter.
He seems to have some inside track into the State Department. His info, if accurate (and I think it may be) will be explosive when made public.

THAT is the thing that I really hate about political discussions. That’s why I wanted to do this thread. Because while I believe there’s sifficiant evidence to believe obama is not a natural born citizen, way too many people allow their angst and enthusiasm to morph into “facts” and “documentation” which isn’t there. “Rah rah” info as I call it. Which accomplishes absolutely nothing. To the contrary it helps the other side, Because conservatives get stirred up in a froth over a wisp of nothing. Hard evidence of osama’s foreign birth needs to be posted so everyone can have their own copies and be able to cite sources. There must be someone that has been able to document the reality of his either indonesian or kenyan birth. If there was hard legitimate evidence that obama was born in the U.S. they'd be posting images here and all over the net, birth cert, news paper birth announcement in the U.S., Social Security number applicationl, Hospital discharge papers, there's many things that could prove he was born here that the obama regime and NONE of their supporters have ever been able to produce, hence they don't exist, hence he is foreign born, and they know it.
Oh, but I want both. Both are violations of the Constitution and both should be removed. First the Commie-Care bill, then the usurper foreign born Osama. And he should then be put on trial for perjury for presenting himself as a natural born American when he knew he was not and took the oath of office, twice, anyway, as Senator and President. And all those who served under him should be tried for perjury to determine among his underlings was stupid, and who lied. They ALL fit into that category. Either they knew and lied. Or they didn’t and were stupid for not finding out. It truly is that stupid. The only people who say it’s not that simple are people who want the whole thign to go away because they support the socialist liberal take over of America and the rape of the Constitution.
Well you could start by making it part of your post, not 100% of your post. I mean out of everything I said, all you contributed was one misspoken word at 4 am with 2 hours sleep. Who do you think would like that? Especially since this thread is literally about the downfall of our free nation as we know it. And your contribution is to correct a misspoken word. This is what people like me need. HARD COPY EVIDENCE with indisputable sources to site as to its origin. We need that and need it yesterday. If he's not going to release it NOW he might as well give it to someone who will. It's not a game. And when it comes to this, timing isn't everything. if it's legitimate, it's impact will be as great as it will long lasting, so it does not need to be kept till the wee fleeting days before the polls open. That's politics, and we're talking about the very survival of our way of life as free people here. The Preservation of the Constitution and the oldest Constitutional Republic is at stake. Sitting on Earth shattering information proving Osama's foreign birth does not help! Please explain whatever you do know for sure.
Here’s my take on it, from reading obsessively about the eligibility issue since summer 2008.
First of all, the vast majority of the “hard evidence” has been sealed, scrubbed, hidden, etc. Witnesses have been killed in Kenya and the US. (One who had been involved in the State Department passport breakins.) In Kenya, witnesses who had seen the very pregnant Stanley Ann trying to board a plane in Kenya and was refused. They were missionaries, and a couple of years ago three were murdered by an assassin in Kenya.
Right after 0bama was elected, a Samoan government guy (can’t rmeember his title, from American Samoa) was sent to Indonesia to try to collect as much Indo documentation as possible. He also gave money to the Indo government.
These are just a couple of illustrations about why hard evidences is not that easy to find.
I have read enough, including freepmails, to know that people are working on this behind the scenes. There are very good reasons why any hard evidence that has been found is being collected out of sight. Many people think (and I think it very likely) that Mossad and other government intelligence agencies have all kinds of info on 0bama’s background, past and actual status.
I think your rancor should be directed at 0bama and his supporters, enablers and shadow string pullers, not at those who are working here, elsewhere or behind the scenes to eventually bring down the entire house of cards.
Right now there are many lawsuits working their way through the courts, including the Citizen Grand Juries. When public opinion sours even more, and/or 0bama’s administration gets even more egegrious in their socialist creeping coup tactics, then there is a good chance that a judge somewhere will start the real court process.
Think of how many bodies were connected with the Clintons. People don’t wnat to die. When the wave of public disgust, anger and “we aren’t going to take it any more” sentiment increases, I think you will see what you want to see.
Just because you or I do not see enough “action” right now, doesn’t mean people aren’t working on it.
Oh, and some hard evidence has indeed been found - like the Kenyan birth certificate found by Lucas Smith. (Courtesy ping to Inspector Smith.) The only way it can be counted as evidence is if a court case gets going enough for it to be presented. Hard evidence is not enough; there needs to be enough people outraged, and enough public figures willing to speak out - both of which are happening more - then the hard evidence will be presented, more.
A thicker skin helps to keep one’s cool on FR - and real life.

Is there a copy of that kenyan birth cert that’s been made public? Did the missionaries ever make public statements recorded anywhere stating obama’s mother was not allowed to return to the states to give birth? We the people have got to start being able to have hard copy things we can put in people’s faces to show the truth. The things you mentioned, are there any places that we can get copies of those to print out and pass around? There’s not much time, and even less time to try and get all the ducks in a row quietly and undetected. Where’s s something we can get out hands on that shows all this? Do you know what I mean? I definitely understand the danger factor, I’m well aware how people disappear and die suddenly challenging extremist socialists like this. I said so in an earlier post yesterday, I know it. Even more a reason for the people to get the hard copy evidence and have it made public so We the People have something to use! Twiddling our thumbs waiting till covert conservative investigators decide to release something months from now isn’t a very productive way for tens of millions of conservatives to help defeat the democrats in November. We need something NOW, not in October. October could well be too late.
I don’t have thin skin. Just letting him know that a single sentence grammatical correction is a snarky thing to do in a thread like this and most people would call is patronizing and troll-like. I’d like to see anyone else do a thread the length and complexity I did at 4 in the morning with 2 hours sleep with nary a typo or misspoken word. :) It’s just silly making a post whose sole purpose is to tell me I used ONE wrong word. Most of the time when people do that, it’s because they disagree with what you say, but they have no valid argument to your points so they critique your syntax. Very childish.
It’s been posted on FR numerous times. I think you would profit from reading a lot of the older threads about this issue. I’ve been studying up on FR since summer 2008. There is no way I can personally bring you up to speed, you need to dedicate hours and hours of reading. There is so much material on FR.
You could ask Fred Nerks or LucyT where to start, if you like.

Anyway, try finding some of the older really long theads, see what kind of keywords to do some searches with. I think certifigate is one such keyword. If you search and read, you’ll see many copies of the Kenyan BC, how it was found (no one knows for sure if it is real but you can use your wits), and tons and tons of other info. It just takes a lot - and I mean a lot - of reading.

Although even when he was elected to the IL state Senate, BHO won because his opponents ended up disqualified from the ballot. His second state senate election he was also unopposed in the primary and it is a heavily 'rat (and 77% Black) district, so his also unopposed Republican challenger was really just a token. His 3rd election he was unopposed in both the primary and the general election.
The only time he was elected with any "real" oppossition was in 2008. Some funny goings on in both the primary and general elections. Lots of cross overs in states that allow that the primaries, mostly voting for his general election opponent to be. In the race for the 'Rat nomination, his opponent threw in the towel when it appeared she might still have a chance if she won the "special delegate" (party hacks) vote, and then she settled for being warehoused at a postiton where The One would basically be doing his own wrecking.
Another really big part of Commie-Care that really scares the hell out of me is this. The provision of Commie-care that allows for thee “panels” to decide if procedures will be paid for or not. Who’s to say that would JUST effect elderly people? What if there’s someone with a family history of a major health problem that is very expensive to treat?
Can it be trusted that these panels made up of bureaucratic government bean counters will have an ethical and moral standard not to decide that because of family history, it makes no sense to spend $50,000 for a life saving procedure for someone with recurring family history of that medical condition? A kind of, “gene bias”? The panels WILL know your family history when deciding IF they’ll pay for a procedure YOU need, because part of Commie-care allows the government to have FULL AND FREE access to YOUR full medical records from whatever Dr. they tell you to go to. Just a little bit of a conflict of interest maybe? THEY pick the Dr., THEY get to see know your medical records. THEY get to see your family history. And THEY get to decide if the procedure is worth the expense. Your life is secondary to a panel of bureaucrats decision of what amount of money is cost effective or not.
And ultimately, when does someone like me become expendable I wonder? Part of our super advanced “progressive” culture. The Schaivo syndrome. “Educated progressive people” deciding who is expendable and who should be saved. This is exactly where this government takeover is going. By all means, if anyone disagrees, chime in, because these extremist liberal people, it’s exactly where they’ve been wanting to go for years. Abortion isn’t the only thing they’ve wanted to do to cleanse the “gene pool”. Nazis never went away, they become progressive Democrats. Chime in, tell me I’m wrong. Do it quick before some government panel tells me some procedure I need isn’t cost effective someday, and tells me to go home and die already cause I’m too expensive to justify paying for. If you really believe that questions of obama being born outside the U.S. is an “internet myth” then you haven’t plugged into doing some research into obama BEFORE he decided to run for President. Back when he first ran for the U.S. Senate, he was openly referred to as being born in either Indonesia or Kenya, and no one batted an eye about it. Because back then, it wasn’t necessary to construct a U.S. birth history. If you really think he was born here, you’ve swallowed the proverbial blue pill.
That’s why I posted this thread to see what I could get out of it in the way of info. I have two small kids, get little sleep and flatly don’t have the time to sit on the not for hours. When I do I have to try to catch up on bills and emails and things. There’s just no time left for reading posts for hours, unless it all comes out of sleep time. :(
