Deeming ObamaCare Passed; Deeming Income Tax Paid; & Deeming Census Papers Returned

As I understand it, if you "deem" Obamacare passed, then it's passed even though it has never been voted upon and passed.

Therefore,

1. Let's "deem" our income tax paid this year. After all, if we deem it so, then it is so.

2. Let's "deem" our census papers filled out and returned. Again, deeming is doing.

Short of going illegal, what legal protest could Americans use that would gain publicity and demonstrate our rejection of massive spending?

Answer: the W-4, Withholding Form.

Claim an amount of dependents that would require you to write a check for your taxes at the end of the year.

A massive flood of W4's would get attention.

Writing a check will remind you that it's your money.

Millions of folks writing checks is a massive voice.....should they decide not to do so...

But don’t you have to pay penalties IF you don’t have enough paid in on a quarterly basis? Otherwise I’d have my husband change his to 99 dependents.

Not only did they send me a piece of mail with my name on it, but they did it twice with one piece of mail telling me the other one was coming.

And are they telling me to fill this out so I can have proper representation?

NO!

They are telling me to fill it out so my community, state, city, etc. can get its proper "share of the Federal pie."

Deeming is a great sport, and very profitable. Thank you dems for inventing it, you are not totally worthless after all.

The rule of thumb is to look at your total withholding and figure each dependent is worth 3500 in withholding. If it’s you and your husband, that’s 7000. If your house is worth another 7000, then that’s 2 more. If you claim 5, then you might have to write them a check at the end of the year, but the odds are that you won’t fit the penalty rules, especially the first year you ever do this.

The penalties are SMALL - under $35 the last two years we’ve owed... and it’s even MORE this year.

As soon as I was told I’m being “eliminated”, I changed my W-4 to 10 dependents to get -0- taxes taken out (stupid NYS won’t take less than $76 at my payrate no matter how many dependents I claim). They are getting 43% of my severance pay - just because...

Our taxes are DEEMED paid NOW!

It’s been remarked recently that “deem” is a new four
letter word. That is a cultural boon, in a way.

Code Red” - House Target List on Health Care
The National Republican Congressional Committee has published a target list on health care. In addition to continuing to contact the five Tennessee Democrat Congressmen, you can go http://www.votervoice.net/link/clickthrough/ext/94697.aspx to contact some of these targets. Much of the talk following Obama’s announcement has focused on how to defeat this second bill through reconciliation, but that is misleading because the first step to defeating Obamacare is not by concentrating on defeating the “fixer” bill but by defeating the Senate bill in the House when it goes to the floor for an up-or-down vote on Thursday, March 18th.

And here are toll-free numbers we can use to call any Senators or Reps.
At the first number below you must wait through a tape recording urging you to tell your Rep or Senator to vote “yes” for the health care bill. Just hang on and when the recording is over, you will get the Capitol operator. Just ask for your Rep or Senator’s office. Then you will either talk to an aid or have the chance to leave a message for him/her to vote NO on the health care bill.
When you use the second number and the Capitol operator comes on, just ask for your Rep or Senator’s office. Every time I use this number I get the Rep or Senator’s answer machine, so it may be set up that way all the time...to go to their answer machine. Either way you can leave a message to vote NO on the health care bill!
We need to use these toll free numbers that have been set up for the health care/ BO supporters and illegals to use! After all they are FREE!
