Hayworth Restricts Free Speech [Nan, not JD]
Political Blog ^ | March 13, 2010 | Raquel Okyay

There is a reason why all the talk among Tea Party Patriots in District 19 — is Republican Congressional candidate Nan Hayworth. Not because she is a freedom loving, flag carrying patriot, but because her husband is an OB/GYN doctor who has admittedly performed abortions in the past, is CEO of a medical clinic that among other things, performs abortions, and has accepted donations from abortion doctors who work for her husband.

The facts are clear and simple and have been presented at this blog in four separate articles; Dede Déjà vu?; Congress, Abortion and District 19; Misinformation or Truth?; and Matter of Time. Each article was developed as new information was piling in from several different origins.

The Hayworth campaign will point their fingers at everyone else but themselves. The bad publicity it has received over the past few months is because of their own doing, their own past, and how they have made the bulk of their financial fortune. Money received on the backs of the unborn is called blood money. If ever there was an example of a would-be politician willingly taking blood money, this is it.

I’m sorry this is Republican Nan Hayworth. She’s running for Congress in New York’s District 19.

I do wish that we could have on these posts about various candidates, at least the state where they are running. I may not be interested in who’s running in some state far away and obscure district. I know I should know about all these people but I don’t have the time.

ny19 is in the middle of a real dust-up. We had a candidate Ball, who dropped out. Then candidate 2, Hayworth, came along and six months later, the GOP is going to do a re-do. Again.

This is our last chance. We need to get it right this time or Hall gets re-elected.

We only need one Hayworth and that’s JD.

I don’t think that Nan Hayworth should be blamed for what her husband does.

Let the information flow!  Keep Nan Hayworth honest and let the citizens have an informed choice.  I wish there were a better field of candidates in NY, but remember, the NY GOP isn’t a very strong organization, so their antics seldom surprise me.

it’s not really clear what her husband does. He says he doesn’t perform abortions and that he has delivered 2000 babies in his career.

I’m sure Nan Hayworth will have to address the matter if she wants to be the nominee. But it looks like her candidacy has really faltered. Which is why all these new candidates see an opportunity.
