Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

2 packages of chopped frozen spinach

1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 onion, chopped fine

1 stick butter

8 oz. cream cheese

8 oz. shredded monterey jack cheese

8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

I use the Knorr’s vegetable soup stuff with mayo. I think it only takes about 3-5 ingredients.

That’s it. My diet is finished.

You know, I am entirely capable of eating an entire recipe of this kind of stuff all by myself.

More power to ya’ Pal. My eyes lit up when I saw your recipe, and I started reading down the list. May I say that in the last two years I have lost 52 pound, and am a little gun shy of certain vittles now. And when I came to the stick of butter, and several other strategic ingredients, I thought that I’d best shy away from that little number for now. Thanks anyway.
