Where's the birth certificate?

I’m not talking about Barack Obama’s “long form” from Hawaii. We all know that Hawaiian law prevents us mere mortals from putting our paws on that document. No, I’m asking where is his Kenyan birth certificate.

Unlike Hawaii, Kenyan law says that birth information is open to anyone!

Cap 149 Births and Deaths Registration:

26.(1) Any register, return or index in the custody of the Principal Registrar subject to the rules, shall be open to inspection on payment of the prescribed fee.(2) The Principal Registrar shall, on payment of the prescribed fee, furnish a certified copy of any entry in any register or in any return in his custody.

(3) The Principal Registrar shall, on payment of the prescribed fee, furnish a certificate in the prescribed form of the birth of any person compiled in the prescribed manner from the records and registers in his custody.

(4) A certified copy of any entry in any register or return sealed or stamped with the seal of the Principal Registrar shall be received as evidence of the dates and facts therein contained without any or other proof of such entry.

For one thing, his political ally is the dictator in Kenya and has closed down access to information.

Everything in that sentence is simply false.

Before that happened, an individual investigator bribed issue of a records certificate. Proof that he was born in Kenya does not resolve the legal issues.

Of course it does. If he really were born outside the US, then he would not be a NBC.

He has admitted he was born in Kenya.

There is a vast amount of collateral evidence where he was born-there isn't any doubt or room for doubt. There is no evidence of any nature that he was born in Hawaii.

LOL. Nothing except the director of Hawaii Department of Health, who has explictly confirmed that his vital records say he was born in the state.

Sorry, never had to provide either, not even for my first job. Of course, that was as an Ensign in the Navy and since I went through ROTC the government already knew my grades and my graduation status. But for every civilian job since then all I’ve ever had to provide was the I-9 info.

You’re missing the forest over a few phantom trees ... why would the mother of a newborn baby be enrolling in school less than a month after her baby was born?? Her friend, Susan Blake said she was there in August, and it was a pink, new baby for whom Dunham didn’t even know how to change its diapers. If it were 3 or 4 weeks after being born, even a slow learner should know how to change a diaper by then, unless you think Stanley was wandering around covered in the little bastard’s poo.

Second, no one ever said the journey would the same ... just that one is no less likely than the other. Chances are Stanley had actually been in Seattle for several weeks before the baby was born.

It's a good metaphor for a stinky birth certificate that no one can confirm as genuine. Amazing how faithers are covered in its stink and think they smell like roses.

As for school transcripts, they are not constitutionally necessary to be POTUS. Abraham Lincoln, for example, couldn't produce any.

Is a “duh” necessary? Lincoln probably didn't have a passport either ( U.S. or foreign.)

The reason Obama’s school records are unique ( in Obama’s case) is that his application records and scholarship records would have indicated whether he identified himself as a **FOREIGNER**!!!

Obama was, after all, listed as Indonesian citizen on his elementary school records. His birth certificate is missing from his kindergarten records. ( The only known case of this happening.) And...He very well may have been adopted by an Indonesian.

This has been covered hundreds of times here on Free Republic in the last two years.

Also...If he were going through a security clearance for a sensitive job, all of these records would be something of great interest to an investigator. ( And...Please remember unanointed Americans must release and provide these **common** documents for security clearances and other reasons.)

Honestly, you Obama Believers are getting desperate to bring up weak talking points like this. Lincoln? UNBELIEVABLE!

And...Yes, school transcripts, certified copies of long form birth certificates, and passports were thoroughly review and verified. It took several months for their clearances to be processed.

I do not work in a profession needing a security clearance. ( My father and brother did)... But...For my profession, I had to take professional boards.

The testing board required applications with certified photos provided by my graduate school. The graduate school sent certified copies of my transcripts and diploma. When tested, yes!, each person's photo and signature matched the face of the person showing up to take the exam.

Later, the school sent certified copies of my records to my state licensing board and the testing agency sent certified copies of my scores to the state board. In one state I was required to fly 2,000 miles just so they could interview me in person.
