Are attorneys more likely to be to be dangerous drivers?
An insurance study reveals that 44% of attorneys have reported an accident. However, theres a chance Attorneys and Judges partly find themselves at the top of the list because of potential legal liabilities. And although teens and the elderly are clearly high risk groups, they fall outside of the profession focus of this study.
THE LIST:
1. Attorney/judge
2. Financial professionals
3. Government worker (GS6)
4. Bartender or waiter
5. Business professionals
6. Dog groomer
7. Marketing/advertising professionals
8. Barber/stylist
9. Coach
10. Nurse
The least dangerous drivers? Athletes (17% claim an accident) and homemakers (24%).

1. Attorney/judge
Not only do many “chase ambulances”, it might be true that many want to be their own “ambulance chaser”. Many lawyers make a lofty living off soft tissue and other “injuries” and many judges allow ridiculous verdicts. Perhaps it is too tempting to miss an opportunity to benefit from direct lawsuits of their own.
Headline is misleading. This list is about drivers who report accidents, not have accidents.
I’d think anyone having anything to do with Bidens motorcade would be on there. (Or perhaps thats only for civilians. lol)

Lawyers become judges, judges are lawyers. Those who do not recognize this do not have a clue on what is going down in the US.
How many engineers are there in the US Congress? I believe China's leadership is now otherwise.
Can't speak for other states but Massachusetts law requires that all but the least serious "bumper taps" are reported to the local and/or State police.I'd be surprised if that wasn't true in other states as well.

Well considering these are the people that know a cop is least likely to ticket them no matter how much they speed or whatever other traffic law they break it’s not surprising
Due do this class, the Feds may require as of 2012 that all vehicles come standard with Stability Control to keep them from rolling their SUV's.
Coaches #9? We’ll try harder.
Not always ... some “judges” are voted in or appointed without a legal background or degree.
Perhaps the insurance rates need to be relaigned with the REAL RISK?
Here is the Soccer Mom regulation:

This will add big cost to new vehicles and will be too expensive to repair when they fail, which they do since they are a Wear Item.
I had a bumper tap in the true sense of the word in Mass- really a bumper tap. The guy came running up to my car and I told him to go home.
Where’s the IT Specialists?
I’m a networking guy, and I’m glad to say I haven’t been in a wreck for over a decade. I also haven’t had any marks on my driving record in over a decade.
