Great response here from the only conservative columnist at the Chicago Tribune.

Common wisdom, as expressed by a general theme in the media lately, is that Americans have turned from an abiding hope in their government to anger and bitterness.

the last paragraph of the atricle says it best: There is unacceptable anger at government, like the kind expressed by Joseph Stack. But don't let common wisdom convince you that all anger is irrational and has no place in American politics. There's one place where it's perfectly acceptable to express it. In the voting booth. the incumbents have sold us down the river, so lets give them their walking papers!

So apparently that violence in 1776 was unacceptable.

The guy was a failure at a running business. He flipped and decided to blame and kill other people over HIS failures. I’m glad Obammy can’t fly a plane.
