I think any people in positions that could do something are either 0bama supporters (getting thinner day by day) or spineless selfservers that don’t want the attendant personal discomfort and inconvenience that trying to do something about a usurper in the White House would bring them.

Yeah. I hear ya. I admire her drive and determination. She really believes in what she is doing, evidenced by the fact that she's risking so much. Kinda sounds like the early patriots during the revolutionary war period.

I just wish she would focus more on the "NBC" issue, and that Barry's father was a foreigner, and he (Barry) was born with foreign citizenship, and less on the "BC" issue. I do understand though, that for American Idol crowd, the "BC" issue is probably FAR easier to grasp. At least, initially anyway.

Every state has procedures on the books for challenging a candidate's right to be on the ballot. Those challenges have to be brought before the election and, in most states, can only be brought by an opposing candidate (not just any member of the public). If Obama runs for re-election in 2012, another candidate on the ballot can bring a challenge to Obama's candidacy. (I don't think they will prevail, but the case will be heard on the merits.)

That's exactly what I suggested a couple of months ago. We should run a naturalized American citizen, preferably with a pronounced foreign accent, for POTUS in the '12!!

If he's challenged or thrown out, as he should, the challenger should demand all other candidates proof of their NBC status or are thrown out also!

I believe that 0kaka will not run for reelection just because of the scrutiny he'll face.

If the State is NOT aware of of the candidate's right to be on the ballot, because the head of the party has provided notarized certificate that MAY show they were false, is that NOT a crime???

Orly has a Ghandian approach. She keeps raising the hidden birth certificate at every turn and invites the "violence" of her enemies against her. Her goal is not to get the order of discovery, but to invite her own punishment and destruction so that America will wake up and say." Why is it hidden? One concludes a crime has been committed in relation to Article II of the US constitution.Fraud.I do not recognize Obama as POTUS. Hey LL, you gotta understand that the Birthers aren't engaging in litigation. They are living vicariously, through Orly, a political Walter Mitty fantasy. Rather than engage in the mundane activities of real world politics, running for office, working for a campaign, volunteering for a ballot security committee, they take part, in their minds, in an epic struggle, mano a mano, against Obama, with the Presidency of the United States at stake.

So Orly's losing lawsuit of the day is not litigation, but a plot device, to allow the Birthers to engage i n their fantasy. When she loses this lawsuit she will, assuming she can scrape up filing fees, and bus fare to the Federal Court House, file another, equally merit less. And the Birthers, overjoyed that they can keep holding their wives purses and playing Walter Mitty for a couple more months, will flock to post her praises, and denounce as an Obama Troll anyone who points out that Orly is gonna lose.
