I popped off with a wise crack one day during a classroom lecture in seventh grade. The year was 1959. I dont even remember what I said now, but several of my classmates laughed aloud. Instead of telling me to stop by his desk for a little chat following dismissal, the teacher had me stand and hold a stack of books in each hand, arms fully extended from my sides. When I was in what he thought was enough pain and embarrassment for my transgression I was allowed to sit down. I recall feeling shame beyond words as my classmates watched my humiliation. Teachers could do things like that in the 1950s.
Last night President Obama publicly rebuked The Supreme Court over a decision to loosen the McCain-Feingold campaign finance restrictions. I watched in embarrassment as the greatest legal bastion of the Free World was held up to international ridicule while many in the Congressional audience shamelessly arose behind them and applauded enthusiastically. I watched their faces as the cheering audience stood over them and Obama looked down upon them. I do not recall anything like this...

Like a banana republic.
My thoughts, exactly.
Best,

It was truly amazing, and coming from a man who cannot even prove he is an American, makes it even more shameful.
The arrogance of this Kenyan piece of illigitimate trash is breathtaking.
I can only hope there are millions of Americans that voted for this man who are asking, What in the world did we do to ourselves?

Dream on.
Watch the movie “idiocracy”, and pay attention to the president. This is obama. A caricature yes, but it is still him. And the american people are the idiots he reigns over.

Obama is just like any other typical, two bit, dictator. A cheapshot artist.
Agitator, not organizer.
I truly believe this man is mentally ill and I fear for the country.
While I agree with the supreme court’s decision on McCain-Feingold I do have to say that if they didn’t want to be ridiculed then they shouldn’t be ridiculous. {You know, Like the Kelo decision... or not slapping down a LOT of what this 11th Congress is doing; the prohibition against ex post facto law & bill of attainder itself could strike a surprising amount down, throw in the tenth, 5th through 8th, and 14th and you’d basically castrate all the legislation they’ve been passing.}
Idiocracy is a fun movie. Unfortunately it’s scary too. Watch it. Mike Judge did it.
I owe Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton an apology.
They really suck but they don’t suck the most ever!
Hopefully Odinga will hold that record until the end of time.
It will be easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president.
The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails us. Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince.
The republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools such as those who made him their president.
Odinga will face American Justice someday.
Mark my words. This dumb bastard will be taken down by the Supremes. By the time another year passes he will be looking for a rock to crawl under.
What a loser!
The Constitution means nothing to this mook.
Just proves that this guy is a racist punk.
I hope so. And sooner rather than later. He’s got chutzpah. I’ll say that for him. The Justices have protected him from lawsuits that reached the SC.
I see it as only he can be a “black” in high office. Clarence Thomas was a ground breaker and the Pretender in Chief can’t have that.
