Obama is possibly the most dangerous and destructive president we have ever had. Obama comes in second right behind Abraham Lincoln.

Obama is only as dangerous as he is because the Democrats also control Congress. The Obamanation health care deform bill proves that the Democrats can push through pretty much any socialist takeover that Obama wants.
If the Republicans can retake Congress in 2010, then Obama will still be dangerous, but no more so than Jimmy Carter (and yes, I know that the Democrats controlled Congress back when Jimmy was President, but back then not all Democrats in Congress were far left wing Socialists).
Of course, the Republicans will unable to rescind anything that the Democrats can push through in the next year, since the Republicans are not likely to ever get the 60 votes in the Senate necessary to block a Democrat filibuster or over-ride an Obama veto. Plus any Obama judicial appointments will be around for a generation to come.
So be afraid. Be very afraid.

“Obama comes in second right behind Abraham Lincoln.”
Agreed. Though, when all is said and done, he may very possibly be worse.

I think ol’ Nat’s right on the money. We can’t keep a republic without freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of religion, freedom to speak to the government to redress wrongs, freedom to travel and associate ... we’ve got to hang onto those.

Somehow a lot of American voters must be made to realize that socialism cannot coexist with freedom. As socialism advances it requires ever increasing tyranny to enforce compliance.
Too many people believe that they can depend more and more on government and, at the same time, keep up the fun and games. It just doesn't work that way.

I’m sure he’s regretting his choice. Sure sounds like it from his recent writings...
