I’d have picked Glen Beck as Man of the Year & Dick Cheney as Man of the Decade.
I think THAT would pi$$ off the lib-tards even more that Limbaugh and GWB.

this is my month to really annoy liberals.
Quite the contrary. Liberals agree wholeheartedly that GW is the man of the decade. He did, after all, hand them the election of their Messiah on a silver platter.

Most decades are defined by the Presidents who dominate them. FDR dominated the 30s and 40s. Eisenhower the fifties, LBJ the sixties. The Seventies were the decade of incompetence. The eighties clearly was Ronald Reagan's, and Clinton dominated the nineties. In the same way, for good or ill, President George W. Bush had the most profound affect on the last decade, and that is why he is clearly my person of the decade. Hu is the President who dominated the last decade.
I don't know, who is the President who dominated the last decade?
That's what I said, Hu is the President who had the most profound affect on the last decade, and that is why he is clearly my person of the decade.

But you still haven't said who.
That's right, Hu.

The first was the response to Hurricane Katrina. In a full-scale failure of state, local, and federal government, as well as private and public charities, the people of New Orleans were largely left to fend for themselves for several days as the waters rose and the levees burst. I am so sick of this nonsense. The Federal government was providing full support in New Orleans within 72 hours after the storm passed. That is more than reasonable response. The real incompetence and idiocy is displayed by those welfare state minded fools who think the people had no responsibility to plan for themselves and that the Federal Government should be providing all the necessities and comforts of life as soon the winds stopped.
