Not in this country. If he was born in Hawaii, he was born a United States citizen, the same as his mother and grandparents. His father gave him a dual citizenship, but the law is clear on this point—he’s still an American.

One can then always try to build up the distinction between citizen and NBC, but that’s going to legally prove a nonstarter for obvious reasons already discussed.

It has absolutely nothing to do with Obama’s personal records before he was President, and is not even particularly interesting.

I disagree. The way it is written, it gives him authority to claim executive privilege on any records at his whim.

I believe he did just this for just about all his educational records, and possibly his BC.

The EO under Bush was more restrictive, in that it restricted what the President could contend was 'executive privilege', while (as you state) the Obama EO is much less 'limiting'.

The campaign did. It conforms to what Hawaii issues and Hawaii doesn't dispute it, which they are legally allowed and obligated to do if someone offers fraudulent state documents. It is over for the rest of the country.

Hawaii has stated they have the original documentation. It is governed by privacy regulations, the same as yours or mine.

No actually, the Bush one was written to allow more things to fall under executive privilege than the Obama version, which adheres more closely to the Reagan precedent.

The Executive Order in question is well understood by those competent in the subject matter. That's part of the problem here—birthers lack that competence and just go nuts over the most most mundane of things.

Please cite the section of the US Constitution that states that requires both parents to be US citizens of a child born in the US = NBC.

The same proof required to prove his age as well as his birth record ( both are of one and the same )

If he can't prove both were he was born and his age, then, there are 2 places were he is ineligible..

Born in Hawaii doesn't make him a natural born citizen. His father was a British citizen and this would make him a citizen only not a natural born citizen.

What does that prove? Actually nothing. Who says there authentic. Lets say he was born in Hawaii that does not make hi a natural born citizen. That takes to American citizens, not an American and a British subject.
