DOSSIER OF EXCUSES APPEARS ON WEB IN LAST 6 HOURS? The Hawaii Department of Health has just published a dossier of excuses to rebuff public inquiry into the vital records of Barack Hussein Obama, which the Office of Health Status Monitoring alleges to maintain.

But Uncle Chip, his COLB states Barack Obama Sr. was Daddy, and since they didn’t have DNA testing then, I’m pretty sure whomever was the Daddy, the legalalities at the time were that the man his mother married was his legal Daddy... Obama, Sr., and he WAS a foreign national.

Neither he nor anyone else has ever presented this so called evidence to the public, to the media, to the court, or to the Senate as John McCain did before it passed Senate Resolution 511, resolving that he was a natural born citizen because he had two American parents -- something that Obama lacks.

As an experienced Investigator, I readily acknowledge your facts are lacking and there is plenty of logical, rational reason to "trust but verify" facts with other facts that are more reliable and dependable. Since you can't or won't see that I, stand on my observations and conclusion that what you have to say carries little weight in the matter.
Tell me why won't Hawaii in response to Open Records Requests define the difference between date accepted and date filed on a COLB? Tell my why Obama's COLB has date filed on it and not date accepted on it? How many other COLB's say date filed instead of date accepted? More facts that add to suspicion something is amiss. Of course one can't see that with blinders on or an empy headed lemming liberal mind.

It fuses two subjects (the fact of his father’s identity and your belief that one must have two citizen parents) to reach a conclusion that is your belief only, namely that Obama is disqualified from being President. It is that conclusion to which I am self-evidently referring. Picking out the one fact as the object of dispute is both fallacious and silly.

So let's see. On a website and offered for examination. That constitutes presented to the public and the media. He's not required to present it to a court, nor would any court accept it unless they have asked for such a presentation. To date, no court has.

He has shown a document that looks like what Hawaii legally issues, and Hawaii doesn't dispute it, as they legally would were it false. If Hawaii doesn't dispute it, reasonable people can and will assume it was correctly issued.

Why does it say date filed and not accepted? I don't know, but I assume there is a perfectly valid reason since the COLB I last received from the state of my birth did the exact same thing. It had a date filed on it and no date accepted. The COLB is by definition a partial printout of the database. Maybe date filed is considered a more directly relevant data point for cross-matching records.
