Heck...I did a version of this last Thursday. Used cream, evaporated milk, Parmesan and a little salt & pepper mixed with penne and WOW! Utterly delicious!

Please don’t get me wrong, I know you are just pointing to recipes you find interesting, and cleaned up, the food isn’t all that bad, but can you tell me why, on God’s green earth, all of the CypressExpress recipes are the most unhealthy things I’ve seen since the last episode of Man v. Food?

Nothing personal, really.

Can you tell me why on God’s green earth you have nothing better to do than complain about recipes?

Not complaining. I almost thing it’s humorous.

I just don’t know why these recipes have to be so fatty.

Here’s my deal. It’s a recipe. Not a plan for the war in Afghanistan, nor for world peace. If you don’t like it why bother to take the time to be a jerk? Just don’t read them any more and certainly don’t make it. My family made it last night and it was probably the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Some people like food that actually tastes good. It’s not something we would make every day, or even once a week because it is full of calories. The author even makes a joke about it in the article. I just think you could probably find deeper issues to get all bent out of shape about than a recipe.
