White House press secretary Robert Gibbs defended the Obama Administrations continued efforts to blame the previous Bush Administration for current domestic and foreign policy problems.
If we say its Bushs fault, if the media report its Bushs fault, and if the public believes its Bushs fault, then whos to say it isnt Bushs fault? Gibbs reasoned. After all, as Dr. Phil tells us, there is no realityonly perception.
Of course, TVs pop psychologist Dr. Phil isnt the most famous advocate of the idea that perception is the reality. That title would have to go to chief Nazi propagandist Joseph Goebbels, who wrote: If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it.

Since Obama is only the second president of the Twenty-first century his only chance of not being ranked, at least temporarily, as the worst president of the century is to continue to denigrate Bush in the hope that others will follow his lead.
Goebbels would be oh so proud...
(One thing we know from history; 'evil' does have staying power. It is left to those who must deal with to 'deal with it' and overcome and change the future these people so determinedly want to impost upon us. And of course, the change must start 'now'; and not a moment later.)
