Yum! One of my favorite meals! Thanks for posting this.

BTW, for a nice, crunchy topping, get some of your favorite “CheezIt” crackers (I like the Tabasco flavored for a bit of spice), smash them up, and sprinkle on top before baking.

Good old recipe, but I haven’t been able to think of it the same way since our old fraternity cook used to make it on Sunday nights, using the week’s leftovers. The chemistry majors used to call it “Chicken Tetrachloride”...
