Stupid Conspiracies. Voters have every right to ask candidates for information if they so choose. Ive pointed out that it was seemingly fair game during the 2008 election for many on the left to badger my doctor and lawyer for proof that Trig is in fact my child. Conspiracy-minded reporters and voters had a right to ask... which they have repeatedly. But at no point not during the campaign, and not during recent interviews have I asked the president to produce his birth certificate or suggested that he was not born in the United States.
- Sarah Palin
Sarah Palin made two key points with her latest facebook post. 1. She personally has not pursued the issue of Obama's birth certificate. 2. Even though she has not raised the issue of Obama's birth certificate, she believes that others have every right to do so.
It is worth noting that Gov. Palin did not discount the various efforts underway that seek Obama's real birth certificate (Not just a Certificate of Life Birth). In fact she maintains that voters have every right to question candidates for such information.
She further points out that the left has shown no restraint in
So we've lost all twelve of their regular viewers, then? The coveted Maddow/Behar demographic which otherwise surely would have been ours, ripe for the plucking? Oh, drat. ;)
I’m sure the five people who had their sets on that channel all nodded in agreement. ;-)
Honestly, though, I’m confident the message and gyst of the statement will get out there and reach more people than MSNBC can hope to misinform. Most people who watch MSNBC have their mind made up already anyway. Plus, if she starts getting hammered, she can always repeat her statement. Rush, Sean, Mark, FoxNews, Facebook - there are more and more ways for people to be reached. I really think Facebook reaches more undecided people than MSNBC.
Of course I could be wrong, but I’d like to have my five minutes of optimism today. It’s Friday, after all. :)

So, has she produced Trig’s birth certificate?
(Just asking...)
Good one!
She is teaching a lesson to many many many freepers....she doesn’t have to question Obama’s citizenship but she doesn’t prevent anyone else from doing so.
Isn't that how you expect them to treat slaves? We are slaves whether you acknowledge it or not.
Any question can be asked, if posed in the right format. Not for amateurs, and Palin is no amateur.
exactly!!
This will cause their fecal orifice to pucker up. ;-)
He’s a bit young to be running for POTUS just yet.....;]
Besides Piper is the Palin kid most likely to become POTUS. :)
LOL!
She’s a trip, alright....:))
You wish.
I love how this woman plays the game.
And oh yeah, for you Alinsky handwringers out there - welcome to counterAlinsky 101.
What an ignorant thing to say for someone relatively new here at FR. Next time, before you think to make a comment like this one here, I suggest that you do a little bit of checking into the posting history of the person you intend to make your comment to.

I saw a cute picture of Piper signing books after Sarah. Those will be the rare ones!
