The man is only as “articulate” as his teleprompter allows him to be......and coming out of Harvard does not necessarily constitute that someone is “bright”. Money talks and walks at Harvard and any dumb arse can get into Harvard given enough money.

Maxine Waters, as with many of her collegues, are doing nothing but kissing the broadside of Barry’s arse while ‘politely and respectfully’ disagreeing with having to do so. How quiant....not.
