Being a new immigrant myself, it is irking to witness other new immigrants- complaining about living in America. Seriously, with such unhappiness, why not just pack up and leave?
Learning from the History of America the early immigrants had their own obstacles to overcome and managed to idealize their own beliefs into the American way of living and their success inspired others to follow suits. However, the new Immigrants argued because the European origins of the early immigrants had no cultural barriers on the American landscape, which simplified their assimilation.
These “complainers” whine because European culture has become standard for America these new immigrant late arrivals complain of being placed at a disadvantage. This is nonsense.
European culture isn’t the only cultural value in America. Hardworking, family lives and religion beliefs always have a place. Europe is not the only place that cultivates determination and discipline to succeed. These are principals fundamentally esteemed by every one from every race in every place and are responsible for creating America. The immigration from every region of the world into America has integrated multiple cultures into our lives and created the American Culture.
The new Immigrants should value our American Culture as their own, for discrediting it only further eroding their own self esteems.

People who come legally, learn English, work hard and respect our laws and flag always have a place. It’s the ones who sneak in, take advantage, play the race card and wave the third world flags in everyone’s face that face resentment.

you’re confusing immigrants with illegal aliens, and the 2 aren’t even remotely similar. I came here 19 years ago and have had no desire to transform America into the crap hole I left.
Keep in mind, that some legal and highly educated immigrants do also bend over their back to change America; the are more annoying and dangerous than the illegal and powerless ones. Because these people can influence the powerless, and blend them selves with the DNC through their financial contribution; LOTS of it. Trust me, just because they don’t act like a thief or a terrorist, it does not mean they genuinely happy living in America. Their Guy in the White House help them to achieve their goals; NEW AMERICA; their America; the United States of Socialist America.

There is no confusion here. Please see also post #8. It is immigrants (middle eastern for example), that migrate, & expect accomodations. If it were illegal aliens I was referring to, I highly doubt they would be demanding things like public foot baths, knowing that if they were checked out, they could be deported.

How do we select them? It is not like we have the control to choose them; besides they are HERE already! And most of them don’t want to leave, yes, the hypocrisy! They hate this country so much, why stick around...yet, they are here...See, how frustrating it is?

We need more like you and fewer of those who think just like illegal aliens....which most of our newer ‘immigrants’ do.
Mexico supplies the most legal immigrants...and they are NOT assimilating.
