“a global culture” always gives it away. Say buh bye to national sovereignty.

By the way there is no reason you couldn’t have cut and pasted that directly onto this thread. Are you him? Do you work for him? Is he a friend or a brother in law?

He wants to guide “our safe passage to our collective future”. That’s code for global socialism!

I read the whole thing, and I would say this guy is almost definitely a Liberal. He references the Enlightenment and the Renaissance, both Liberal, countercultural movements.

If you can’t understand what he says then one or both of you are idiots. I will assume it is the politician that is the idiot going with the odds. Even if he is right in every way if he can not speak intelligibly keep looking . If a politician can’t speak so that his supporter understand how will he convince those that don’t?

A lib and a globalist. That summary he has on LinkedIn is bizzare and uses a lot of words to say, well, I don’t know what it says. Here is a sample:

“Resilient Civilization is focused on frameworks for systemic risk management, horizon scanning - foresight intelligence, adaptive capacity building, cultural alignment and transformation.”

He might onto something as long as his means to achieve all this isn’t the government. I’m all for an interconnected global culture based on excellence and open-mindedness and all that. The Renaissance and the Enlightenment are great inspirations if you ask me. But let’s not have government shoving it down our throat.

My take is that he's probably a new age con man. He's a mixture of Tony Robbins, George Costanza and a bozo I used to work with.

My read is that what Steven Travino means by Resilient Civilization is basically appeasement on steroids. He sees global governance and the demise of American supremacy and sovereignty as inevitable, and his attitude is to abandon all principle and do whatever seems expedient to come out in the best position possible under the new world order, whatever form that may take. He’s like a P.O.W. that doesn’t even wait to be tortured before spilling everything he knows in order to receive (as he hopes) the best possible treatment by his captives.

Past assignments have included representing the Department of Defense as the Global Consequence Management Advisor during the Year 2000 event, representing the Department of Energy's National Nuclear Labs on advanced technology applications in support of global solutions, and working for several years on detail to support the National Security Council implementation and drafting of the US President's Annual Report on National Security Strategy.

...somewhat suspect, worked for Richardson (a 'toon)

Feedback Wanted

Turn your amp volume and gain up all the way, and the volume on your guitar. Strike a nice open chord or even the harmonics, and move that guitar over to the speaker of the amp. You'll get some feedback then.
