Olara Otunnu (Harvard Law, 1978) relating the remark of Kenyan historian Ali Mazrui on the oddity that a member of Kenya’s Luo tribe (Barack Obama, a Kenyan citizen and Luo tribe member from birth) may become president of the United States before a Luo tribe member becomes president of Kenya. “Town Hall Forum: An Examination of Race, Age, Gender & Religion in the 2008 Election,” Harvard Law School Reunions, Oct. 25, 2008, 9:15 a.m. (Austin Hall, 1st Floor, West), at 60:17 mark.

Notice that it is a Kenyan historian that states Barack Obama is a Kenyan citizen and Luo tribe member from BIRTH!

US Natural Born citizen = US Citizen + US Allegiance + US Jurisdiction

Obama is a British subject, allegiance to the British Crown, under the British Nationality Act of 1948

Remember this was done BEFORE the election, but after numerous requests during the primary for Barack Hussein Obama to PROVE his eligibility per the United States Constitution. After the election the Kenyan Parliment stated the following;

here is a pdf transcript of Kenyan National Assembly on Nov 5, 2008, the day after Obama was elected. Over and over again there are references to Obama being a "son of the soil" of Kenya and a Kenyan. On page page 3275 there is this passage:

About half way down the article talked about Both Duckworth and Obama being foreign born. It has been scrubbed. There is now a note at the top of the page about the “correction” of a 3+ year old article. I then went to another page. http://archive.wn.com/2004/06/28/1400/kenya/ About half way down is the link, now dead about his Kenyan-born status. The web seems to slowly and methodically purged of any mention of Obama’s Kenyan connections. Scary stuff!

I am not opposed to him releasing his college application and college transcripts, but there in no requirement that he release such documentation.

Furthermore, I would support any legislation that would require all future presidential candidates to release their college transcripts, full medical records and birth certificates.

I've YET to have an Obama defender come up with an answer on that. Even the Obots don't trust him.

Let me ask more-pointed questions to those defending Obama's eligibility here:

What wouldn't they do to be able to control both

There are few politicians that I do trust and those who you name are not politicians that I trust.

However, “Blood of Tyrants” claims that Obama at one time “touted his Kenyan birth.”

If that is indeed true, I would like to hear the audio tape or read a document of Obama touting his Kenyan birth.

But for some reason, I am not sure what it could be, the poster who claims that Obama has touted his Kenayn birth is unable to cite any evidence.

So, that means that either the poster in question is either:

1. Covering-up for Obama by not releasing the tape of Obama touting his Kenyan birth.

2. Simply manufactured the idea that Obama at one time touted his Kenyan birth and is being dishonest, just like so many politicians that now occupy Washington DC, our state capitols and local governments.
